摘要： An apparatus for transmitting data for visible light communication sets up the pulse width control step of pulse width modulation (PWM) in a unit time interval, modulates each symbol of VLC source data input into a PWM signal in accordance with the pulse width control step, generates a visible light modulation signal by controlling the turn-on time or turn-off time of a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) in response to the PWM signal, and transmits the visible light modulation signal.

摘要： A communication apparatus using an image sensor captures an image including a light signal transmitted from a transmission apparatus that includes a transmission light source, and obtains data from the captured image. In a case that a reception error rate generated by the obtained data is changed, a cause of the change of the error rate is measured, and at least one of a zooming operation and a focusing operation is performed depending on the measured result, thereby correcting the error.

摘要： A thin film transistor substrate and a fabricating method thereof wherein a contacting size between an electrode and an active layer can be reduced to provide a small and light panel. In the thin film transistor substrate, a conductive layer is formed on the substrate. A first insulating layer for insulating the conductive layer overlies the conductive layer. A second insulating layer this is different from the first insulating layer overlies the first insulating layer. A third insulating layer overlies the second insulating layer. A contact through the first, second, and third insulating layers exposes a portion of the conductive layer and has a trapezoidal section. An electrode is connected to the conductive layer and overlies a portion of an inclined face of the contact hole. The inclined face of the contact hole includes a protrusion formed by a portion of the second insulating layer and creates an overhang structure.

摘要： A transmitting apparatus using visible light communication generates transmission data into a two-dimensional data code according to a predetermined code method between the transmitting apparatus and a receiving apparatus and transmits the two-dimensional data code through a plurality of light emitting diodes (LED) that are arranged in a two-dimensional form. Therefore, the receiving apparatus senses light from a plurality of LEDs as an image using an image sensor, demodulates the image into a two-dimensional data code, decodes the two-dimensional data code using a code book, and restores data.
