    摘要: A liquid crystal display includes first and second sub-pixels charged with the same voltage during a first period. The voltage charged in the second sub-pixel is decreased after the first period. Since the voltage level of the first sub-pixel is different from the voltage level of the second sub-pixel after the first period, liquid crystal molecules disposed corresponding to the first sub-pixel are aligned in a direction different from that of liquid crystal molecules disposed corresponding to the second sub-pixel. Thus, a side viewing angle of the liquid crystal display is improved.

The display substrate further includes a shielding line spaced apart from the first and second sub-pixel electrodes, the shielding line overlapping the data line and receiving a reference voltage. The display substrate further includes an auxiliary electrode extending from the shielding line and overlapping an end electrode connected to the third switching element.

    摘要: An organic light-emitting substrate includes a base substrate, a gate line, a data line, a bias line, an organic light-emitting diode, a switching transistor, a driving transistor and a repair line. The bias line is spaced apart from the gate line and the data line. The organic light-emitting diode includes a pixel electrode, a common electrode and an organic light-emitting part. The switching transistor is connected to the gate line and the data line. The driving transistor is connected to the bias line, the pixel electrode and the switching transistor. The repair line is formed from a pixel metal layer that is identical to the pixel electrode to be spaced apart from the pixel electrode, and is formed along the first direction to be overlapped with the gate line. Therefore, the repair line may repair electric defects of the gate line.

    摘要: An exemplary embodiment of the present invention discloses a display substrate including a pixel connected to a first gate line and a data line. The pixel includes a first sub-pixel including a first liquid crystal capacitor and a first switching element including a gate electrode connected to the first gate line, a source electrode connected to the data line, and a drain electrode connected to the first liquid crystal capacitor. The pixel also includes a second sub-pixel including a second liquid crystal capacitor and a second switching element including a gate electrode connected to the first gate line, a source electrode connected to the data line, and a drain electrode connected to the second liquid crystal capacitor. The pixel further includes a controller including a control capacitor and a control switching element, the control switching element connected between a terminal of the control capacitor and the drain electrode of the second switching element. The control capacitor includes a first capacitor electrode and a second capacitor electrode. The first capacitor electrode is arranged on the same level on the display substrate as the gate electrode or is arranged on the same level on the display substrate as the source electrode and the drain electrode. The second capacitor electrode is arranged on the same level on the display substrate as a pixel electrode.
