摘要: A developing unit includes a toner storage portion for containing toner and a development portion for containing the toner supplied from the toner storage portion. The development portion includes a developing roller for supplying the toner to a photosensitive body, a supply roller and an auxiliary supply roller. The supply roller and the auxiliary supply roller rotate while facing each other to supply the toner to the developing roller. In the developing unit, an inequality that |D−(R1+R2)|≦1.0 mm is satisfied, where a distance between the centers of the auxiliary supply roller and the supply roller in a region where the auxiliary supply roller and the supply roller face each other is D, a radius of the supply roller is R1, and a radius of the auxiliary supply roller is R2.

摘要: A bubble removing apparatus for removing air bubbles in ink to be supplied to a printer head of an inkjet printer and a method of removing the air bubbles are provided to provide a smooth flow of ink to the inkjet printer head. When an air bubble removing operation is performed, ink in an ink tank is moved towards the printer head through a filter unit by operating the pump in a forward direction, and the ink that has moved towards the printer head is returned to the ink tank through the filter unit by operating the pump in a reverse direction. Air bubbles trapped in the filter unit are moved to the ink tank due to the operation of the pump in the reverse direction and are removed in the ink tank by the gravitational force, and thereby a smooth flowing ink supply can be provided to the printer head.

摘要: A washing machine includes a colloidal silver maker and a detergent feeder which are integrated with each other, thus enhancing assembility and reliability of the washing machine. The colloidal silver maker includes a silver ion casing, a lid, and a pair of silver plates. An outlet pipe and a connecting part are provided on predetermined portions of the silver ion casing. The outlet pipe is integrated with an inlet of the detergent feeder, and the connecting part integrally connects the colloidal silver maker to the detergent feeder. Thus, the colloidal silver maker is integrated with the detergent feeder while the silver ion casing of the colloidal silver maker communicating with the detergent feeder. The silver plates are placed in the silver ion casing while being supported by the lid. Further, at least one spacing projection is upwardly projected from a bottom of the silver ion casing to be provided between the silver plates.

摘要: An adaptable motion estimator architecture for low bit rate image communication 1) to be compatible with image characteristic and bit rate with a reduced hardware size and 2) to optimize performance of the motion estimator by selectively applying a search method suitable for a low bit rate image characteristic and an encoder performance. The motion estimator multiplexes a previous search window memory data from DRAM and a current macro block data for finding motion vectors to conform to each data processing elements (PE0-PE8) and comparatively detecting MAE (Mean Absolute Error) of each motion vector with a previous frame data and a current frame data to find a motion vector having a least MAE.The motion estimator may be applied to an image phone which requires high encoding efficiency due to small hardware and may be applied to all video encoders conforming to H.261/H.263 and MPEG.

摘要: An array printhead and an image forming apparatus having the same. The array printhead includes a first member, a second member, and a third member. The first, second, and third members sequentially overlap and couple to each other. The first member supplies ink of different colors to the second member and the second member separately receives the ink of different colors supplied from the first member and allows the ink to flow to the third member. The third member includes a plurality of head chips. A plurality of supply grooves are formed in a side of the third member on which the plurality of head chips are mounted. The plurality of supply grooves includes a plurality of supply holes that provide the ink of different colors supplied from the second member to the plurality of head chips. The plurality of supply holes are located on an axis different from axes of other adjacent supply holes with respect to a direction perpendicular to a width direction of a print medium.

摘要: Disclosed is an intense pulse light device, in which plural divided light filters coated with individually different materials are rotatably and uniformly aligned around a reflection mirror in order to selectively filter lights according to wavelengths thereof, so that it is not necessary to exchange a handle body or filters, thereby improving convenience of use for the IPL device, and in which the loose contact of power lines and signal lines, leakage of cooling water, and penetration of impurities can be prevented, thereby improving reliability of IPL device. A semicircular reflection mirror aligned around a flash lamp installed in a body and a light filter section is aligned around the reflection mirror while forming a predetermined space therebetween. The light filter section is uniformly divided into two or four light filters so as to increase selectivity for the light radiated from flash lamp. The light filter section is fabricated by uniformly dividing a circular pipe made from glass, quartz or sapphire into plural pipe sections, coating the plural pipe sections with individually different materials in such a manner that only light having a predetermined wavelength passes therethrough, and bonding the plural pipe sections to each other.
