    Abstract: An apparatus includes a memory, and a processor coupled to the memory and configured to store data in the memory, transmit the data stored in the memory to an information processing system, instruct the information processing system to execute a transfer job that includes a first process for transferring the data and a second process related to the first process, and delete the data from the memory in a case where transfer job execution history information indicates that the first process and the second process are completed. The transfer job execution history information includes a history of execution of the transfer job.

    Abstract: Accordingly, the board-to-board connector of the Present Disclosure comprises a first connector mounted on a surface of a first board and a second connector mounted on a surface of a second board and mating with the first connector. The first connector includes a flat-shaped main body part, a first conductive body placed on the mating surface of the main body part, and a plurality of male terminals protruding from the surface of the first conductive body. The second connector is a flat-shaped material formed from flat-shaped metal, and includes a plurality of female terminals flexibly retaining the male terminals. Positioning of the male and female terminals is accomplished by the male terminals being retained by the female terminals.

    Abstract: An image extraction device for extracting an image showing a document from an image of the document shot by an imaging device includes a document table on which a document is placed, a side detection unit, an opposing side estimator, and an image extraction unit. The side detection unit detects a side of the document on the document table based on the shot image of the document. The opposing side estimator estimates a position of a side opposite the side detected by the side detection unit.     Abstract: An FPC plug, which fits with another connector, comprises a substrate part, a conductive pattern on the surface of the substrate part, a cable part and a connecting part connected to an end of the cable part.     Abstract: A method of sewing the toe of a sock is provided which can automatically take out a sock pattern of knitted fabric from a sock knitting machine and sew up the selvedge at the toe portion of the sock pattern of knitted fabric thus improving both the efficiency of production and the energy saving. When a sock pattern of knitted fabric has been fabricated by the sock knitting machine, the transfer needles mounted on a group of transfer needles equipped movable tables are advanced at their tips close to the hooks of knitting needles. Then, the sock pattern of knitted fabric is lifted up and turned inside out by suction to transfer its loops at the toe portion from the knitting needles to the corresponding transfer needles. As a result, the sock pattern of knitted fabric turned inside out is transferred from the sock knitting machine to the transfer needles equipped movable tables. The transfer needles equipped movable tables are then shifted to a linear position to sandwich the loops at the toe portion of the sock pattern of knitted fabric flatly between two rows. The transfer needles equipped movable tables are then conveyed to a toe sewing location where the loops at the toe portion of the sock pattern is sewed up automatically with a sewing machine.
