    摘要： The present invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for cardio-cerebral blood vessel diseases, it is prepared through extracting danshen and Notoginseng by lye, precipitating with alcohol, concentrating, and adding other medicine and excipients. Then using the HAPLY-MS and HAPLY fingerprint Atlas to characterize its Physicochemical properties completely. Using the fingerprint Atlas analysis method of the present invention, the structure and comparative content of biologically active component can be known. Characterization of the physical chemical properties of danshen and Notoginseng of traditional Chinese medicine preparation with this way is better than other methods of the prior art.

    摘要： The present invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition comprising Polygonum multiflorum Thunb, which comprises Polygonum multiflorum Thunb, Fructus Crataegi, Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and Radix Notoginseng. If needed, the pharmaceutical composition may comprise the pharmaceutically acceptable carriers. The weight ratio of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb, Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, Fructus Crataegi and Radix Notoginseng in the present composition is as follows: 10 to 20 parts of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb, 5 to 15 parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, 10 to 20 parts of Fructus Crataegi and 1 to 10 parts of Radix Notoginseng. Also, the present invention discloses the methods for preparing the composition, including directly pulverizing the medicines into powder to produce the composition or preparing the medicines into the extracts and then make the extracts into drugs. The composition of the present invention has an effect of lowering blood lipid, and therefore can be used in preparation of drugs for treatment and/or prevention of hyperlipidemia. The present invention also discloses a method to treat and/or prevent hyperlipidemia.

    摘要： This invention provides a preparation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials for the treatment of ulcerative colitis and the processed method thereof. The preparation of present invention is prepared from 1-10 wt % of Sanguis Draxonis, 15-40 wt % of Radix Paeoniae Rubra, 1-20 wt % of Indigo Naturalis, 1-10 wt % of Halloysitum Rubrum, 15-40 wt % of Catechu, 1-10 wt % of Calcined Alumen, 5-30 wt % of Rhizoma Bletillae and 1-10 wt % of Calamina. The processed method of the preparation comprises the steps of (a) decocting Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Catechu and Calcined Alumen with water; (b) mixing Indigo Naturalis and Sanguis Draxonis thoroughly, with PEG solution added; (c) mixing the sifted Rhizoma Bletillae, the above-mentioned aqueous decoction and the Indigo Naturalis and Sanguis Draxonis in PEG solution thoroughly, followed by adding Halloysitum Rubrum and Calamina thereto and grinding together, finally the enema is prepared after water being added. The enema of present invention is highly effective in the short- and long-term pharmacological treatment of ulcerative colitis.
