    Abstract: Provided are a compact, highly reliable electric parking brake driving device and an electric parking brake device. This electric parking brake driving device transmits a driving force generated by an electric motor to a parking brake actuator via a speed reduction mechanism, and makes the wheels generate a braking force. A gear body of the electric parking brake driving device is formed by joining a lower body and an upper body. A bracket member is fixed to the lower body, and the electric motor is positioned in the radial direction by engaging with the bracket member. A rubber disk is placed between the lower end surface of the electric motor and the bottom surface of the lower body, and the rubber disk impels the electric motor toward the bracket member in the direction of the rotation axis.

    Abstract: A pad pressing spring which is mounted on a pad of a disc brake by causing a pinching portion to pinch a pad back plate is configured as follows. An elastic arm which presses the pad in a disc rotor normal-rotating direction continuously extends from a base end side of the pinching portion, and the elastic arm has a configuration in which, when a load exceeding a predetermined value is applied in a direction opposite to a direction in which a pad is pressed, a tip end side of the elastic arm comes into contact with a lateral surface of the pad back plate or the pinching portion, and thus a spring constant of the pad pressing spring increases compared to a spring constant in a state where a load exceeding the predetermined value is not applied.

    Abstract: The electric brake motor unit has: a motor; a connector having a connector terminal; a first section extending in a first direction and having a first contact portion electrically connected to the connector terminal; a second section extending in the first direction and having a second contact portion electrically connected to a motor terminal; and an intermediate section extending in a second direction intersecting with the first direction between the first section and the second section. The electric brake motor unit is provided with: a bus bar in which the first section, the intermediate section, and the second section are connected in a crank shape; and a motor bracket mounted on the motor and having two positioning portions that are mutually separately positioned with a space through which the intermediate section passes and are used for positioning the intermediate section in the first direction.
