Abstract: An antifouling layer-attached glass substrate includes a glass substrate having a pair of main surfaces facing each other, and an antifouling layer formed on or above at least one main surface of the glass substrate. At the time of measuring an absorbance inside the antifouling layer-attached glass substrate by a Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer according to ATR method (Attenuated Total Reflection) from a surface on a side where the antifouling layer is formed, in the case where an absorbance value at 3,955 cm−1 is set to 0.10, a value (H2O absorbance) obtained by subtracting, as a base, the absorbance value at 3,955 cm−1 from a peak value of an absorbance peak which appears around 3,400 cm−1 is 0.010 or more.
