摘要: A method for producing a frame component for a door frame structure of an aircraft. A connecting zone is generated on a first and a second assembly surface of a connecting component in each case by generating a surface texture on the assembly surfaces, wherein the connecting component is formed from a metal material. The assembly surfaces of the connecting component are placed against a door frame member and against an attachment member, wherein the door frame member and the attachment member are each formed from a fiber-reinforced thermoplastics material. Furthermore, the connecting component and the door frame member are welded, and the connecting component and the attachment member are welded. A frame component and a door frame structure are also described.

The first support and can be arranged at a first end of the flexible member and the second support can be arranged at a second end of the flexible member opposite to the first end. Further described are a vessel including at least one such mount as well as a vehicle including such vessel.

摘要: A tool for use in consolidation of a fibre-reinforced component has an outer casing supported by an internal structure. The outer casing has a first contact surface, which is provided for the purpose of resting flat against the component during the consolidation of the component and predetermining a shape of the component in some section or sections. The internal structure and the outer casing are configured in such a way that, when the tool is heated from an initial temperature to a consolidation temperature required for the consolidation of the component, the tool expands in such a way perpendicularly to the first contact surface that a defined first pressure is exerted on the component by the first contact surface. The use of a component of this kind is furthermore claimed and described.

摘要: A device for reducing a stress concentration at an edge of a laminated composite material has an optical element, an actuator element, and a receptacle space for a first component of a laminated composite material which can be or is connected to a second component via a contact face and has an edge element above the contact face. The optical element defines a focus face for laser radiation for vaporizing laminated composite material. The actuator element is designed to move the optical element around a first component arranged in the receptacle space. and orients the optical element in such a way that an angle, including the first component, between the contact face and the focus face is smaller than 90°. The angle is selected such that after vaporization of the laminated composite material at the focus face the stress concentration at the edge element is reduced under load.
