Abstract: In a flow channel plate, in which a first base material and a second base material are joined together so that a recessed portion formed in the first base material is used as a flow channel, an electrode having a recessed and projected shape that encourages a fluid flowing through the flow channel to become a turbulent flow is formed at least on part of a portion corresponding to the flow channel, the portion being part of the second base material, and the second base material is provided with an electrode extraction section that is brought into conduction with the electrode.
