摘要: An electrochemical oxidation reactor includes rotatable electrodes inside a reactor vessel. The electrodes treat liquid within the reactor and are mounted to support plates, which in turn are mounted on each of two independently-driven shafts. The plates are attached to each other in a spaced relationship so that a gap is formed therebetween. The gap is sized to receive liquid to be treated so that liquid located within the gap will react with the electrodes. The shafts are rotatable at equal or different relative rotational speeds and directions. Additionally, each shaft may be independently linearly displaced in an oscillatory movement at equal or different frequencies. The relative shaft rotation, direction and axial vibration translate similar movements to the electrodes and such movement generates turbulence to the liquid located within the gap. The turbulence increases the interaction between liquid and the electrodes.

摘要: A system for detecting, fluid flow in an electrolytic sanitizer generator. The fluid flow detection system provides for an efficient detection of the flow of water across the electrodes or blades of an electrolysis cell. The fluid flow detection system in one embodiment includes an electronic fluid flow controller operatively coupled to the electrolytic sanitizer generator. In another embodiment the fluid flow detection system includes a light fluid flow detection system operatively coupled to the electrolytic sanitizer generator. In yet another embodiment, the fluid flow detection system includes both an electronic fluid flow controller and a light fluid flow detection system operatively coupled to the electrolytic sanitizer generator to provide redundancy to the flow detection system.

摘要: A multifunctional membraneless boiled water electrolysis machine comprises a container (21) for containing raw water, and a water electrolysis apparatus. The water electrolysis apparatus is mounted outside the container (21) for containing raw water and comprises an electrolysis power supply (9), an electrolysis water tank (10) and an electrolysis electrode assembly (18) located in the electrolysis water tank. A water outlet at a bottom of the container for containing the raw water is connected with a water pump (24) through a pipeline. The water pump (24) is connected with a water inlet (15) of the electrolysis water tank (10) through the pipeline. The raw water in the container can flow into the electrolysis electrode assembly (18) from the water inlet (15) of the electrolysis water tank (10) after being heated or boiled by a heater (16). The water is electrolyzed through the gaps between the electrodes of different polarities in the electrolysis electrode assembly (18). The electrolyzed water flows from a water outlet (28) of the electrolysis water tank (10) to satisfy needs of people for the electrolyzed water of different water temperatures.

摘要: A three-dimensional micro-channel structure includes a plurality of layers arranged in a stack, each layer having one or more separate micro-channels having first, second, and third ports spatially aligned in the stack so that the first, second, or third ports each form one or more first, second, or third contiguous areas, respectively, that do not include other ports. Each of the contiguous areas includes at least one port from each of two or more layers in the stack. One or more pipes having an open side each covers only one contiguous area.

摘要: A method of making a micro-channel electrode structure includes providing a curable layer and imprinting the curable layer to form an electrode micro-channel and a fluid micro-channel in a common step. The electrode micro-channel intersects the fluid micro-channel to form a micro-channel intersection. The curable layer is cured to form an imprinted cured layer. Both the electrode and the fluid micro-channels are filled with a developable material that is exposed with an electrode pattern including the electrode micro-channel and extending from the electrode micro-channel into the micro-channel intersection without occluding the fluid micro-channel. The exposed developable material is developed to remove the developable material from the electrode pattern and the electrode micro-channel and the micro-channel intersection corresponding to the electrode pattern are at least partly filled with a conductive material. At least a portion of the remaining developable material is removed from the fluid micro-channel.
