摘要: A system that can detect a congested network node device that is overloaded due to number of user equipment (UE) devices connected to the network node device being determined to have exceeded a connection threshold; determine a second network node device that is available to establish connections with at least some of the UEs connected to the congested network node device; identify a third network node device that is transferring UE devices to the congested network node device to create additional connections; and transmit a cell individual offset (CIO) parameter and cell hysteresis offsets to the third network node device to reduce transferring UE devices to the congested network node device, and another CIO parameter and cell hysteresis offsets to the second network node device to increase establishment of the UE connection from the congested network node device.

摘要: Operating parameters for a femto access point (FAP) are efficiently and accurately defined. During provisioning of the FAP, the system obtains operating parameters utilized by a nearby FAP expected to have a substantially similar radio environment as the provisioning FAP. Moreover, weighting is applied to the nearby FAP to determine which set of operating parameters to utilize at the provisioning FAP. Accordingly, pre-existing operating parameters, optimized by the nearby FAP are employed to augment initial network listen measurements performed at the provisioning FAP, and thus improve speed and accuracy of initial FAP parameter provisioning.

摘要: Techniques for controlling parameters for uplink transmission associated with a device to facilitate improving a communication condition metric(s) (CCM(s)) of the uplink transmission are presented. A communication management component (CMC) can determine whether CCM satisfies a first threshold CCM. If CCM does not, CMC can modify a parameter(s) to reduce a number of resource blocks or an MCS value to improve the CCM. If respective minimum threshold levels have been reached for the number of resource blocks and MCS value, and CCM still is not satisfying the first threshold CCM, CMC can modify a parameter to increase an amount of repetition of data packets for uplink transmission (unless a maximum threshold amount of repetition is reached). If CCM satisfies an applicable threshold CCM for a defined amount of time, CMC can modify parameters to increase the number of resource blocks, increase MCS value, or reduce repetition of data packets.

摘要: Personal adaptive radio access network advanced capabilities are provided. A device can include a transceiver; a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations comprising facilitating movement of the device from a first position associated with a user equipment (UE) to a second position in response to an observed signal strength at the UE from a communication network being determined to have fallen below a threshold; in response to facilitating the movement of the device, determining a first communication frequency for communications between the device and the UE based on features determined to be present in an environment associated with the UE; and conveying signals transmitted by the communication network to the UE via the transceiver at the first communication frequency instead of a second communication frequency used by the communication network.

摘要: Systems, methods and/or machine-readable storage media facilitating prediction, detection and mitigation of network or device issues in a communication system are provided. An embodiment can comprise: determining whether an identified problem of a device has an associated defined solution stored in a repository of information; transmitting solution information representative of the associated defined solution to the device for application of the solution information to the device in a manner determined to have less than a defined amount of impact on the device and in accordance with defined security protocols of the device; and assessing a performance of the device after application of the solution information to the device to determine whether the solution information solved the identified problem. In some embodiments, solution detection can be performed such that based on a determination that the identified problem has been removed, the change that caused the identified problem can be determined.

摘要: For carrier's that have a large number of user equipment (UE) devices camped on them, the experience of a user equipment devices that utilize a subscriber prioritization identity (SPID) can be of a lower quality than it would be on another lower priority carrier because of the carrier load. Thus, SPID based UEs can be placed on carriers with the best throughput potential in the uplink. To achieve this, a SPID profile for the SPID based UE can be dynamically changed such the SPID based UE can transition to a carrier of better quality. UE devices are grouped per SPID ranges and each SPID has assigned cell carrier priority. In one embodiment, a system optimization network can monitor and detect UE performance on each cell and determine which cells are underperforming and which cells are performing better than other cells.
