Abstract: A display device includes a frame, a protrusion, a display panel, a protective substrate, and a buffer material. The frame includes a bottom plate and a side plate; and the bottom plate has an inner surface, and the side plate is on the inner surface of the bottom plate. The protrusion is disposed on the inner surface of the bottom plate. The display panel is disposed on the protrusion and includes a force sensitive layer. A protection substrate is disposed on the display panel. The buffer material is connected with the protection substrate and the side plate of the frame, and the buffer material has a greater elastic coefficient than the protrusion.

Abstract: An electroluminescent display panel includes a plurality of sub-pixels; a plurality of scan lines, each of the scan lines being electrically connected to a first row of sub-pixels and a second row of sub-pixels of two adjacent rows; a plurality of first data lines electrically connected to the first rows of sub-pixels of corresponding columns respectively; a plurality of second data lines electrically connected to the second rows of sub-pixels of corresponding columns respectively; a scan driving unit for outputting a plurality of scanning signals; and a data driving unit for outputting a plurality of dada signals; wherein the scanning signals sequentially turn on two adjacent rows of sub-pixels via the scan lines, the data signals on the first data lines charge the first rows of sub-pixels of the corresponding columns, and the data signals on the second data lines charge the second rows of sub-pixels of the corresponding columns.

Abstract: A method for driving a display device is provided. The display device includes a first driving circuit and a pixel array. The driving method includes the following step. In a first mode, by using the first driving circuit, a first light emission start signal is received to drive the pixel array. The first light emission start signal includes a plurality of first pulses, and duration of each of the first pulses is respectively overlapped with at least a part of a period of each of a first frame and at least one second frame. In a second mode, by using the first driving circuit, a second light emission start signal is received to drive the pixel array. The second light emission start signal includes a second pulse. Duration of the second pulse is overlapped with at least a part of a period of the first frame, and the second light emission start signal remains at a first level in a period of the at least one second frame.
