摘要: A male connector connected to an end of a cable, said male connector comprising a first male outer conductor, and a second male outer conductor assembled to the first male outer conductor. The first male outer conductor and the second male outer conductor in an assembled state cover a male dielectric body in which a male inner conductor connected to the electric wire is housed. One of the first male outer conductor and the second male outer conductor has a male positioning projection which is formed so as to project toward the other one of the first male outer conductor and the second male outer conductor, and the other one of the first male outer conductor and the second male outer conductor has a male slit which is formed so as to engage with the male positioning projection.

摘要: A connector disclosed by this specification is provided with a shielded cable including a conductive shield portion for covering outer peripheries of two coated wires and a sheath portion for covering an outer periphery of the shield portion, a first outer conductor including a tubular portion and to be connected to the shield portion, a second outer conductor including two plate-like fixing barrels to be crimped to wind around an outer surface of the tubular portion in a circumferential direction, and a housing including a module accommodating portion for accommodating an outer conductor formed by the first and second outer conductors by the fixing barrels being crimped to the tubular portion. The module accommodating portion includes a central ceiling wall capable of pressing the fixing barrels toward proper crimping positions in the process of accommodating the outer conductor.

摘要: A connector structure enables the replacement of an STP cable (10B) and a UTP cable (10A) without making a large structural change. UTP connection terminals (21A) to be connected to respective wires (11) of the UTP cable (10A) are arranged to be proximate in a width direction by being accommodated into accommodating portions (26) of a UTP dielectric (22A) proximate in the width direction. STP connection terminals (21B) to be connected to respective wires (11) of the STP cable (10B) are farther apart in the width direction than the UTP connection terminals (21A) by being accommodated in accommodating portions (26) of an STP dielectric (22B) spaced apart in the width direction. The UTP connection terminals and the STP connection terminals are set such that protrusions (34) projecting out from box portions (27) in a common direction when accommodated in the accommodating portions (26).

摘要: A terminal unit (30) has inner conductors in a dielectric (36) and is mounted in a first or second housing (10, 20). The first housing (10) includes a first locking lance (14), a front retainer (17) and a first accommodation chamber (13). The second housing (20) includes a second locking lance (22), a second accommodation chamber (21) and a side retainer (25). First and second locks (45, 54) are formed on a surface of the dielectric (36). The terminal unit (30) inserted into the first accommodation chamber (13) is retained by the front retainer (17) restricting deflection of the first locking lance (14) and the first lock (45) locking the first locking lance (14). The terminal unit (30) inserted into the second accommodation chamber (21) is retained by locking the first lock (45) with the second locking lance (22) and locking the second lock (54) with the side retainer (25).
