    Abstract: The invention relates to a process for converting a feedstock comprising pyrolysis oil and a heavy hydrocarbon-based feedstock, with: a) a step of hydroconversion in a reactor; b) a step of separating the liquid effluent obtained from step a) into a naphtha fraction, a gas oil fraction, a vacuum gas oil fraction and an unconverted residue fraction; c) a step of hydrocracking of the vacuum gas oil fraction; d) a step of fractionating the hydrocracked liquid effluent obtained from step c) into a naphtha fraction, a gas oil fraction and a vacuum gas oil fraction; e) a step of steam cracking of a portion of the naphtha fraction obtained from step d); f) a step of fractionating at least a portion of the steam-cracked effluent obtained from step e); g) a step in which the pyrolysis oil fraction obtained from step f) is sent into step a).

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a device and a process for hydroconversion or hydrotreatment of a hydrocarbon feedstock, comprising in particular a single coil-wound heat exchanger (S-1), said coil-wound exchanger being a single-pass heat exchanger formed by a vertical chamber in which one or more bundles of tubes are helically wound around a central core, as numerous superposed layers, for: preheating a hydrocarbon feedstock/hydrogen stream mixture to a reactor inlet furnace (F-1) of a hydrotreatment or hydroconversion reaction section (R-1), and cooling the reaction effluent from the hydrotreatment or hydroconversion reaction section (R-1).     Abstract: The invention concerns a process and a facility for reducing the concentration of heavy polycyclic aromatic compounds (HPNA) in the recycle loop of hydrocracking units, which comprises a fractionation column.In accordance with this process, a portion of the stream present at the level of at least one plate (I) which is the supply plate or a plate located between the supply plate and said residue evacuation point, or if stripping gas is injected, between the supply plate and said stripping gas injection point, is withdrawn from the fractionation column.A portion, preferably all, of said withdrawn stream is recycled to the hydrocracking step directly or after optional separation of the gases. The residue is purged in its entirety.In a preferred embodiment, a portion of the stream present at the level of at least one plate (II) located between the supply plate and the plate for withdrawing the heaviest distillate fraction is also withdrawn from the column. After stripping, all or a portion of the gas is recycled to the column and the liquid is sent for hydrocracking.
