    Abstract: The present invention provides a sensor for sensing nucleic acid-protein interactions, comprising a noble metal nanoparticle (NP), a double stranded nucleic acid molecule capable of binding with a protein in an aqueous solution and a fluorescent conjugated polymer (CP). The present invention also provides a method for sensing nucleic acid-protein interactions with the sensor as defined above.
