Abstract: To reduce the bulk of the acquisition systems embedded onboard an aircraft and dedicated to predicting failures, an acquisition system is provided comprising an avionics rack and at least one recording device, in which the avionics rack comprises a front panel provided with at least one test connector configured to be connected to all or some of the data buses of the aircraft, each recording device comprises a housing and an acquisition port, the acquisition port being provided on an outer face of the housing, the acquisition port of each recording device is engaged with a corresponding test connector of the avionics rack, each recording device is configured to acquire at least some signals applied to the acquisition port by the corresponding test connector, and to store the acquired signals.

Abstract: A tray for an avionics bay, comprising a body and a recording device rigidly connected to each other in order to reduce the space requirement of acquisition systems on board an aircraft and dedicated to the prediction of failures. The recording device comprises a first input/output port to be connected to the avionics bay, a second input/output port to be connected to an item of electrical equipment, a data bus for routing signals between the first and the second input/output port, a collection member configured for acquiring at least some of the signals routed by the data bus between the first and the second input/output port, and a memory configured to store the signals acquired by the collection member.

Abstract: The system for collecting and analyzing data relating to safety and comfort criteria of an aircraft comprises an acquisition unit for acquiring basic aircraft information before a flight of the aircraft and values of flight parameters during the flight, the basic information and the flight parameter values forming a first set of digital data, a measurement unit for measuring values of environmental parameters during the flight and for storing, in a suitable digital format, a second set of digital data representative of the environmental parameter values, an analysis unit for analyzing the first and second sets of digital data, and radio communication systems for transmitting sets of digital data between the different units, the system allowing for a rapid collection and analysis of the digital data.
