The upper arched frame includes a first tab and a second tab being positioned, with respect to each other, on opposite sides of a plane substantially bisecting the upper arched frame. The lower arched frame includes a third tab extending from the lower arched frame.

The adjustment device is configured to receive the first tension element and to adjust the position of the first tension element to adjust the forward position of the first oral appliance arch, such that the when the mask is positioned on the user's face and the first oral appliance arch is worn on a user's mandibular dentition, the forward position of the user's mandible is adjusted.

    摘要: A method includes forming a first layer of a disk, the first layer comprising a first material and forming a second layer of the disk by depositing a second material on the first layer. The method further includes irradiating at least the second layer of the disk to cross-link the second material. The first material has a higher melting point than the second material, and the dual-layer disk is configured to be thermoformed into an oral appliance.
