摘要： Here is disclosed a process for continuously making a disposable wearing articles. A first web includes a series of sheet members contiguous to one another in a transverse direction of this web, each of the sheet members defining an outer surface of the article, is continuously fed in a first machine direction. A second web having a Ω-shaped cross-section and configured to form individual adhesive taper strips is fed in a second machine direction orthogonal to the first machine direction. The second web is periodically cut in a second cross direction orthogonal to the second machine direction to obtain composites configured to be a pair of the adhesive tape strips. After the composite has been fed in the second machine direction and attached to the first web, the first web is cut together with the composite so as to bisect the length of the composite. Respective halves of the composite bisected in this manner become the individual adhesive tape strips.

摘要： In a process for making disposable diapers, a first web is continuously fed in its longitudinal direction. Tape fastener members extending in the longitudinal direction are fed to the first web so as to straddle respective lines corresponding to the side edges of the respective backsheets. Each of the tape fastener members has its longitudinally opposite end portions folded in a Z-shape or an inverted Z-shape. Top sections of these Z-shape and inverted Z-shape are coated on their undersides with a first self adhesive and bottom sections of these Z-shape and inverted Z-shape are coated on their undersides with a second self-adhesive. The tape fastener member is bonded to the first web by means of the second self-adhesive. The first web and the tape fastener members are simultaneously cut along the lines.

摘要： In a process for continuously making disposable wearing articles, a first web which will be finally cut into a series of sheet members that are contiguous to one another in a transverse direction, and that define an outer surface of the article, is continuously fed in a first machine direction. A second web having a Ω-shaped cross-section forming individual adhesive taper strips is fed in a second machine direction orthogonal to the first machine direction. The second web is periodically cut in a second cross direction orthogonal to the second machine direction to obtain composites. After the composite is fed to and attached to the first web, the first web is cut together with the composite so as to bisect the length of the composite.

摘要： A disposable pull-on wearing article includes a waist panel having a skin-facing side and non-skin-facing side and a crotch panel connected to the waist panel. The crotch panel includes a crotch inner sheet lying on the skin-facing side, a crotch outer sheet lying on the non-skin-facing side, a pair of side flaps and a pair of end flaps extending along opposite side edges and opposite end edges of the inner and outer sheets, respectively, and paired sets of leg elastics extending along the opposite side edges in a longitudinal direction. Crossover regions of longitudinally opposite end portions of the side flaps and transversely opposite lateral portions of the end flaps are folded onto the skin-facing side and the crossover regions define nonexistent regions in which none of the elastics exists and the nonexistent regions are attached to the front panel of the waist panel.
