摘要: The present invention enables making uniform contact with the tragus using inner and outer cuffs, each of said inner and outer cuffs being comprised of a cuff member 40 connected to a duct 4 and a cuff bladder 22 having a body 27 which is fixed onto said cuff member in an air-tight manner and can expand and contract, comprised in such manner in order to carry out accurate blood pressure measurement at any one given point in time without being affected by the pinch width of the tragus and depth to the tragus even with repeated mounting and removal from the ear auricle, and also comprised such that a lid 23 of said cuff bladder forms a pressing surface 25 in a shape of a protrusion.

摘要: A blood pressure measurement apparatus which can install cuffs at a tragus that has differences between individuals is provided. Holding member 3 comprises; a shape part 52 to be installed in a space between an auticular concha and an antihelix, a first protrusion 54 extended from said shape part such that said first protrusion is directed towards the ear hole, a second protrusion 55 extended from said shape part such that said second protrusion is nearly right-angled with respect to said first protrusion and said second protrusion steps over the tragus, an integral member 50 having an ear hook part 51 that is extended from said shape part, said ear hook is integrally made with said integral member or made as an independent member, inner cuff 6 is supported at the end portion of the first protrusion, support member 15 is attached at the end portion of the second protrusion, cuffs 6,7 are attached to the support member through a clamping width adjustment part 11 that makes a clamping width adjustment against the tragus possible.

摘要: This invention provides a blood pressure measuring apparatus capable of stably measuring the blood pressure in even the tragus while suppressing the degree of invasion.An attaching portion (3) of the blood pressure measuring apparatus has an inner cuff (6), an outer cuff (7), and a holding member (10) which holds the inner cuff (6) and outer cuff (7), and the holding member has a “U” shape. The end portions of the holding member (10) where the inner cuff (6) and outer cuff (7) are arranged are almost parallel to each other, and the inner cuff (6) and outer cuff (7) oppose each other. An auxiliary member (80) which comes in contact with a predetermined position of the ear of a person to be measured and increases the attachment stability of the inner cuff (6) and outer cuff (7) at the tragus is attached to the holding member (10).

摘要: This invention provides a blood pressure measuring apparatus capable of stably measuring the blood pressure in even the tragus while suppressing the degree of invasion. An attaching portion (3) of the blood pressure measuring apparatus has an inner cuff (6), an outer cuff (7), and a holding member (10) which holds the inner cuff (6) and outer cuff (7), and the holding member has a “U” shape. The end portions of the holding member (10) where the inner cuff (6) and outer cuff (7) are arranged are almost parallel to each other, and the inner cuff (6) and outer cuff (7) oppose each other. An auxiliary member (80) which comes in contact with a predetermined position of the ear of a person to be measured and increases the attachment stability of the inner cuff (6) and outer cuff (7) at the tragus is attached to the holding member (10).
