摘要: This invention provides a blood pressure measuring apparatus capable of stably measuring the blood pressure in even the tragus while suppressing the degree of invasion.An attaching portion (3) of the blood pressure measuring apparatus has an inner cuff (6), an outer cuff (7), and a holding member (10) which holds the inner cuff (6) and outer cuff (7), and the holding member has a “U” shape. The end portions of the holding member (10) where the inner cuff (6) and outer cuff (7) are arranged are almost parallel to each other, and the inner cuff (6) and outer cuff (7) oppose each other. An auxiliary member (80) which comes in contact with a predetermined position of the ear of a person to be measured and increases the attachment stability of the inner cuff (6) and outer cuff (7) at the tragus is attached to the holding member (10).

摘要: This invention provides a blood pressure measuring apparatus capable of stably measuring the blood pressure in even the tragus while suppressing the degree of invasion. 摘要: The present invention enables making uniform contact with the tragus using inner and outer cuffs, each of said inner and outer cuffs being comprised of a cuff member 40 connected to a duct 4 and a cuff bladder 22 having a body 27 which is fixed onto said cuff member in an air-tight manner and can expand and contract, comprised in such manner in order to carry out accurate blood pressure measurement at any one given point in time without being affected by the pinch width of the tragus and depth to the tragus even with repeated mounting and removal from the ear auricle, and also comprised such that a lid 23 of said cuff bladder forms a pressing surface 25 in a shape of a protrusion.

摘要: A blood pressure measurement apparatus which can install cuffs at a tragus that has differences includes a holding member 3 having a shape part 52 to be installed in a space between an auricular concha and an antihelix, a first protrusion 54 extended from the shape part such that the first protrusion is directed towards the ear hole, a second protrusion 55 extended from the shape part such that the second protrusion is nearly right-angled with respect to the first protrusion and the second protrusion steps over the tragus, an integral member 50 having an ear hook part 51 that is extended from the shape part, the ear hook is integrally made with the integral member or made as an independent member, inner cuff 6 is supported at the end portion of the first protrusion, support member 15 is attached at the end portion of the second protrusion, cuffs 6,7 are attached to the support member through a clamping width adjustment part 11 that makes a clamping width adjustment against the tragus possible.

摘要: A blood pressure measurement apparatus which can install cuffs at a tragus that has differences between individuals is provided. Holding member 3 comprises; a shape part 52 to be installed in a space between an auticular concha and an antihelix, a first protrusion 54 extended from said shape part such that said first protrusion is directed towards the ear hole, a second protrusion 55 extended from said shape part such that said second protrusion is nearly right-angled with respect to said first protrusion and said second protrusion steps over the tragus, an integral member 50 having an ear hook part 51 that is extended from said shape part, said ear hook is integrally made with said integral member or made as an independent member, inner cuff 6 is supported at the end portion of the first protrusion, support member 15 is attached at the end portion of the second protrusion, cuffs 6,7 are attached to the support member through a clamping width adjustment part 11 that makes a clamping width adjustment against the tragus possible.

摘要: To provide a technique which makes it possible to obtain a proper pulse wave signal for high-accuracy blood pressure measurements, thereby saving the trouble of taking measurements repeatedly and reducing a physical burden imposed on the user by cuff pressure. A blood pressure measuring apparatus includes a cuff which is attached to and around an external ear; a first pulse wave detector and a second pulse wave detector which detect a pulse wave in a part squeezed by the cuff and which are affected differently from each other by a characteristic of body movements; a body movement detecting means which detects the characteristic of body movements; a pulse wave selecting means which selects a pulse wave detected by one of the first pulse wave detector and the second pulse wave detector based on the characteristic of body movements detected by the body movement detecting means; and a blood pressure value deriving means which derives a blood pressure value based on the pulse wave selected by the pulse wave selecting means.

A resin composition superior in lubricity and touch feeling is produced by melt-mixing a water-soluble polyethylene oxide having a viscosity average molecular weight of 1,000,000 to 6,000,000, a modified polyalkylene oxide obtainable by reacting a polyalkylene oxide, a diol compound, and a diisocyanate compound together, and a thermoplastic resin together.
