摘要： A toner is provided. The toner contains a polyester resin. The toner has a glass transition temperature (Tg1st) at first temperature rising of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of from 45° C. to 65° C. The toner includes a component insoluble in tetrahydrofuran (THF) having two glass transition temperatures (Tga1st and Tgb1st) at the first temperature rising of DSC, where Tga1st is in a range of −45° C. to 5° C. and Tgb1st is in a range of 45° C. to 70° C. The toner includes a component soluble in THF having a glass transition temperature (Tg2nd) at second temperature rising of DSC of from 40° C. to 65° C.

摘要： A non-magnetic toner is provided. The non-magnetic toner comprises a polyester resin, a release agent, and a colorant. A storage elastic modulus at 100° C. (G′(100° C.)) of the toner is from 1.0×103 to 1.0×106 Pa, and a storage elastic modulus at 160° C. (G′(160° C.)) of the toner is from 1.0×102 to 1.0×104 Pa. A ratio of loss elastic modulus to storage elastic modulus at 100° C. (tan δ(100° C.)) of the toner is greater than that at 130° C. (tan δ(130° C.)), and the tan δ(100° C.) and the tan δ(130° C.) are each within the range of from 1 to 2.

摘要： A toner is provided that contains a particulate toner material (mother toner) having an average circularity of from 0.93 to 0.99, and including a modified polyester resin and a colorant; and an external additive in an amount of from 0.3 to 5.0 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the mother toner, wherein the toner has a melting viscosity of from 70 to 140 Pa·s at 160° C., a weight-average particle diameter of from 3 to 7 μm, a ratio thereof to a number-average particle diameter of from 1.91 to 1.25, wherein particles satisfy at least one of (I) and (II): (I) particles having a diameter of 4 μm or less in an amount less than 10% by number; or (II) particles having a diameter of 8 μm or more in an amount less than 2% by volume, along with a one or two component developer containing the toner, a cartridge containing the toner, an image forming method using the toner and an image forming apparatus using the toner.

摘要： To provide a toner containing an ethyl acetate-soluble polyester component and an ethyl acetate-insoluble polyester component, wherein the toner is granulated in an aqueous medium, the ethyl acetate-insoluble polyester component is obtained by elongating and/or cross-linking a modified polyester resin during granulating and/or after granulating, the modified polyester resin is produced by condensation polymerization of an acid component and at least one type of diol compound selected from aliphatic diol and alicyclic diol in the presence of a catalyst, and the mass average molecular weight of the modified polyester resin is 10,000 to 100,000.
