Abstract:
An applicator for a cosmetic product, in particular mascara, comprises a twisted core and fibers which extend from the core and are held by the core, the core having a main longitudinal direction of extension, known as the main axis (X), and the core being rectilinear along the main axis (X). The fibers form an envelope (E) with their free ends, the envelope (E) comprising faces (F1-F4) which alternate about the main axis (X), the faces (F1-F4) being curved, a cross section made transversely to the main axis (X), known as the cross section, having a substantially polygonal shape so as to form edges between the curved faces (F1-F4).
Abstract:
An applicator for a cosmetic product, in particular mascara, comprises a twisted core and fibres that extend from the core being held by the core, the core having a distal end and a proximal end, the fibres forming an envelope (E) with their free end, characterised in that the envelope (E) has curved faces (F1-F4) with at least one slope, or inclination, from the distal end to the proximal end, the slope or inclination changing direction from one face (F1, F3) to the other (F2, F4) so that the envelope (E) has hollows alternating with raised parts around the core.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a receptacle, more particularly a bottle for a cosmetic product, to an associated manufacturing method and to an applicator assembly comprising such a receptacle. The invention relates in particular to a receptacle, more particularly a bottle, for a cosmetic product, said receptacle comprising a body forming a container and an intermediate part forming a reservoir, which is capable of containing the cosmetic product and of sliding within said container so as to move with an applicator of said product, under the effect of the viscosity of said product, when said applicator is removed from said reservoir and/or when said applicator is inserted into said reservoir.
Abstract:
An applicator for a cosmetic product, in particular mascara, comprises a twisted core and fibres which extend from the core and are retained by the core, the core extending in a main longitudinal direction, referred to as the main axis (X), the core being rectilinear along the main axis (X), and the fibres forming an envelope (E) with their free ends. The envelope (E) has four faces (F1-F4), the faces (F1-F4) each having a plane of symmetry comprising the main axis (X), each of the four faces (F1-F4) being generated by a straight line, referred to as a generating line, orthogonal to the main axis (X) and orthogonal to the plane of symmetry of the face (F1-F4), at least two consecutive faces (F1, F2) of the four faces (F1-F4) having a curved profile along the main axis (X).

Abstract:
An applicator is provided for a cosmetic product, in particular mascara. The applicator includes a brush which includes a core and fibers projecting from the core. At least one of the fibers includes an elongate portion made of a first material and a lobe arranged at an end of the elongate portion. The lobe in turn is made of a second material coating an end of the elongate portion.
