摘要: A transaction method and system comprising receiving a request to change a transaction channel or mode of an account having a plurality of transaction channels/modes from a first state to a second state; and changing the state of the transaction channel/mode to the second state in response to the received request is disclosed. The invention further discloses transaction facilitator for facilitating transactions in relation to an account having a plurality of transaction channels or modes, and operable to receive via the communication network a request from an owner of the account to change the state of a transaction channel/mode of the plurality of transaction channels/modes from a first state to a second state; wherein, upon receipt of the request the transaction facilitator is operable to change the state of the transaction channel to the second state.

摘要: System and method for providing content to a plurality of subscribers in a communications network. The method includes receiving event parameters associated with an event from a third party; receiving location information for each subscriber from the communications network; comparing the event parameters with the location information for each subscriber to identify one or more subscribers within the plurality of subscribers within a predetermined range of the event associated with the event parameters; profiling each of the one or more subscribers to produce a profile rating and/or profile score wherein the profile rating and/or profile score are indicative of the likelihood of a given subscriber to attend the event; sorting the one or more subscribers into a number of categories based on the profile rating and/or profile score; compiling content for each category of subscribers; and delivering the content to said one or more subscribers within range of the event.

摘要: A system and method for providing credit to a subscriber, including a plurality of networks, each of said networks supporting a plurality of subscribers; a central settlement facility coupled to each network within the plurality of networks, said central settlement facility maintaining a plurality of subscriber accounts and wherein the central settlement facility is adapted, on receipt of a request for credit from a subscriber, to convert the request for credit to an intermediate value; obtain credit from a credit provider with said intermediate value; credit an account held by the subscriber on the settlement facility with an amount equivalent to the request for credit; and advise the subscriber of the approval of the request for credit is disclosed. The system is further configured for the provision of airtime to a subscriber.
