The present invention relates to a brushless DC motor structure providing at least a dust-filtering element between a holder of a rotor and a bearing. The dust-filtering element is made of a porous and absorbent material and nearly or slightly contacts with the holder and a spindle. As such, when particles and dust in air enter the motor structure to be completely filtered, blocked, and absorbed by the porous dust-filtering element, no particles and dust will get into the spindle seat to be mixed with lubricant in formation of oil sludge, thereby ruling out the blocking and locking issue of the spindle arising from the oil sludge and prolonging the operation life span of the motor.

A bushing structure for a motor has a shaft tube, a fastener and a bushing disposed on a hub. A bushing is disposed a bearing therein so that the shaft of the rotor penetrates through the bearing and rotates therein. The bushing has an engaging part over the bottom thereof and the engaging part integrally extends from the inner wall of the bushing and forms a plurality of projected and elastic plates capable of being inserted in the scoop channel over the end of the shaft to replace a snap ring such that the shaft and the rotor can be integrally disposed and positioned to prevent from falling off. As such, it is free of the concern if the snap ring will fall off or the issue posed on the assembling direction while assembling the bushing and the fastener.

A strip includes a number of triangular holes each formed by a triangular peripheral wall for engaging with fasteners and for decreasing the contact area between the strip and the fasteners. The triangular peripheral walls each includes three surfaces each having a slit for increasing the resilience of the triangular peripheral walls and for allowing the triangular peripheral walls to resiliently supporting the fasteners in place and for allowing the fasteners to be easily disengaged from the strip when the fasteners are punched relative to the strip.

The present invention relates to a shock-absorbent structure of motor, which includes an upper case and a lower case assembled for accommodation of a rotor to rotate therein. A shaft seat is formed on the upper case and the lower case respectively; a bearing is disposed in the shaft seat, and a shock-absorbent member serving to absorb and dampening shock is disposed between the shaft seat and the bearing. Therefore, when a spindle of the rotor is pivotally disposed in two bearings and rotated therein, the shock-absorbent member can absorb, isolate and dampen the vibration amplitude generated by rotation of the rotor and by attrition between the spindle and the bearing, thereby preventing the vibration amplitude from impacting the system and thus maintaining the normal efficacy and the operational life duration thereof.

A strip includes a number of holes for engaging with fasteners and includes a number of shoulders formed around the holes for decreasing the contact area between the strip and the fasteners and for increasing the resilience applied to the fasteners. The strip includes a number of cylindrical walls for forming the holes and includes a number of slits formed in the shoulders and ending at the cylindrical walls for increasing a resilience of the shoulders. The strip includes a number of openings communicating with the slits for increasing the resilience of the shoulders.

A stapler includes a barrel slidably received in a housing for engaging with a work piece, and a base having one end adjustably secured to the barrel and having a groove for slidably receiving fasteners. A casing is slidably engaged onto the base, a pusher is pivotally coupled to the casing, and a spring biases the pusher to the casing and biases the casing and the pusher toward the barrel for moving the fasteners into the barrel one by one. The casing and the pusher may be moved away from the barrel by a cam surface when the barrel is moved inward of the housing against a spring.

A strip includes a number of holes formed by a number of peripheral walls for engaging with fasteners and includes a number of tapered annular surfaces and shoulders formed between the strip and the peripheral walls. The peripheral walls each includes one or more slits for resiliently supporting the fasteners in place. The slits are each terminated at a coupling portion. The strip includes a number of openings and a number of bulges extended from the tapered annular surfaces for decreasing the contact area between the strip and the fasteners.

A stapler includes a driving tool rotatably received in one end and a sleeve slidably engaged on the driving tool and biased outward of the stapler. A base and a barrel and a latch are secured onto the sleeve. A casing is slidably engaged onto the base. The base includes an arm having a groove for slidably receiving the ends of the fasteners that are secured in a belt. The casing includes a flange for guiding the belt. The latch includes a passage and a slot for guiding the belt and for allowing the belt to stably and smoothly supply the fasteners into the barrel.

This invention describes a three-step process for etching a layer of silicon nitride over a thin layer of silicon dioxide on a semiconductor substrate for producing silicon nitride pattern with nearly vertical sidewalls, very small critical dimension bias and no trenching in the silicon dioxide, comprising a first step of a highly anisotropic etch process with a high etch rate, achieved by adding CHF.sub.3 to the gaseous mixture of SF.sub.6 and He, carried out at a relatively high power and low pressure, used to etch the bulk of the silicon nitride layer, a second step of lower etch anisotropy and etch rate, achieved by replacing CHF.sub.3 with HBr, carried out at higher pressure and lower power, used to etch out the remainder of the nitride layer with a small over-etch beyond the end point, a third step of high Si.sub.3 N.sub.4 /SiO.sub.2 etch selectivity, achieved by adding an oxidant to the reactive gas mixture, used to remove any remaining silicon nitride residues.
