摘要： A method and apparatus for determining a leak in an HC fluid supply of an exhaust purification system for an engine is disclosed. The fluid supply includes an injector that injects an amount of a NOx reducing fluid, a tank that holds the NOx reducing fluid, and a pump that pressurizes the NOx reducing fluid. The system fluid pressure is read before and after the pump is shut off. The pressure readings are compared and the exhaust purification system is turned off in response to the difference between the pressure readings being greater than a predetermined value.

摘要： A simplified transaction data management system using automatic calculation with multiple editable fields is provided. The system enables a user to manage transactions with a simplified interface, with multiple editable fields and automatic calculation of other fields based on mathematical relations with inputs that are received in any of the other editable fields. For example, either net amounts subject to a tax or gross amounts including the tax may be entered for a transaction, and the other value is automatically computed and displayed. Either value may subsequently be re-entered, and the other value may again automatically be computed and displayed, replacing the earlier input and output.

The transmit port interface to transmit response data words across plural serial lanes to a second host at a second data rate. The second data rate is less than a predefined line rate of symbol transfers across the plural serial lanes. The transmit port interface includes shaping logic to transmit a data word stream at the second data rate and selectively insert idle words into the data word stream such that the data words and the idle words are together transferred at the predefined line rate.

摘要： An approach is provided for supporting a fair access policy to exchange traffic in a radio communication system. A committed information rate (CIR) level is assigned to a terminal according to one of a plurality of throttling states that specify respective different throughput levels according to loading of the communication system. The traffic is forwarded to the terminal based on the current throttling state of the terminal, wherein the traffic throughput is limited to the CIR level of the terminal. This approach as particular applicability to shared capacity systems, such as a satellite communication system.
