    摘要: A method for asynchronously delivering a reductant to a first selective catalytic reduction system and a second selective catalytic reduction system of an aftertreatment system via a reductant insertion assembly, the reductant insertion assembly comprising a first injector fluidly coupled to the first selective catalytic reduction system and a second injector fluidly coupled to the second selective catalytic reduction system, the method including: activating the first injector; maintaining the first injector activated for a first delivery time, thereby inserting a first amount of reductant into the first selective catalytic reduction system; deactivating the first injector; activating the second injector; and maintaining the second injector activated for a second delivery time, thereby inserting a second amount of reductant into the second selective catalytic reduction system.

    摘要: A tank system for a reducing agent includes: a vessel storing the reducing agent and having: an upper vessel wall, lateral vessel walls, a lower vessel wall forming a base of the vessel, a base region of the vessel having at least one opening, and an outer side of the vessel; and a conveying device, arranged on the outer side of the vessel, that provides the reducing agent under pressure to exhaust gas. The conveying device is disposed on the outer side of the vessel such that the conveying device, with the outer side of the vessel, forms a space S outside the vessel. The space S, by the at least one opening, is connected to the vessel interior allowing the reducing agent to flow from the interior of the vessel into the space S and is suppliable by the conveying device from the space S to the exhaust gas.

    摘要: An injector for adding a liquid additive into an exhaust gas treatment apparatus includes at least one nozzle having a spray disc configured to inject the liquid additive into the exhaust gas treatment apparatus. The spray disc has: at least one spray duct, through which flow of the liquid additive can pass, the spray duct having an outlet opening configured to shape a spray jet of the liquid additive. The spray disc has a reinforcing structure arranged downstream of the outlet opening, the reinforcing structure being configured such that it is not wetted by the spray jet.
