摘要： A mobile station for use with a mobile network, and being arranged to be assigned one or more Temporary Block Flows, TBFs, by the mobile network, and to receive RLC/MAC Blocks from the mobile network, each of which RLC/MAC Blocks is associated with one of said TBFs, and to identify a received RLC/MAC Block by means of a Temporary Flow Identity, TFI, which has been assigned by the mobile network to the TBF with which the RLC/MAC Block is associated. The mobile station is arranged to recognize TFIs which belong to a first group of TFIs as well as TFIs which belong to a second group of TFIs, with a TFI in the second group comprising a TFI in the first group of TFIs together with additional information in the received RLC/MAC block.

摘要： A signaling procedure for establishing and terminating connections for small data transmissions (SDTs) by wireless devices. A wireless device sends an access request message to a serving wireless access node on a random access channel (RACH). The access request message includes an indication that the access is for a SDT. The access request message includes the amount of data that will be transmitted as part of the SDT. The wireless access node sends an assignment message to immediately assign radio resources to the wireless device without further signaling needed for the SDT to begin. When the wireless device begins the SDT, the first data block is coded and transmitted according to a first predetermined coding scheme. If there are any subsequent data blocks, the wireless device includes an information element in the header of the first data block to indicate the coding scheme for the subsequent data blocks.

摘要： Embodiments herein include methods and arrangements for controlling access of mobile devices to a network, such as GSM. The mobile devices belong to an access control class (ACC) and also belong to an additional access control class (EACC) that provides extended access control. The arrangement broadcasts system information to the mobile devices that comprises a first indicator indicating an ACC. The first indicator indicates whether a mobile device is allowed to access or is barred from accessing the network. The system information further comprises a second indicator indicating an EACC. The second indicator indicates whether a mobile device is allowed to access or is limited from accessing the network. Limited access may entail blocking a mobile device from initiating communications with the network, blocking the mobile device from receiving network initiated communications, or both. A mobile device blocked from network initiated communication may not answer a page from the network.

The RBS and the UEs exchange data which may comprise sequence numbers, and exchange reports on whether or not data has been received successfully, so that both the UE and the RBS can be the reporting party and the report receiving party. The reporting party sends a report (210) to the report receiving party on whether or not data has been received successfully, together with data to the report receiving party or to another party in the cell. The reporting party decides (220) the contents of the report using one of the following priority rules: Data with lower delay tolerance is given priority, Data detected as received in error is given priority, Data is given priority according to block sequence numbers.
