摘要： A tracking assembly and method for tracking the operation of a rotary gas meter that has a driven member includes a connecting member, a gear assembly and a mechanical counter. The connecting member is adapted to be coupled to the driven member. The gear assembly is adapted to be coupled between the connecting member and the mechanical counter. The mechanical counter is used to count a value that is directly proportional to the number of rotations of the driven member when the connecting member is coupled to the driven member. The value provided by the mechanical counter is multiplied by a conversion factor such that the associated volume of gas displaced by the gas meter can be determined.

摘要： A unidirectional clutch assembly for coupling an input shaft to a driven shaft, uses an internal shaft positioned within a moveable clutch disc and a stationary clutch disc. The moveable disc has an engaging element for releasably engaging the internal shaft when the moveable clutch disc is rotated in a primary rotation direction by the driven shaft. The stationary clutch disc has a second engaging element for releasably engaging the internal shaft when the internal shaft is rotated relative to the stationary clutch disc in the opposite direction. When the driven shaft rotates in the primary rotational direction, the moveable clutch disc engages, and the stationary clutch disc disengages, the internal shaft, allowing it to rotate freely in the primary rotational direction. When the driven shaft rotates in the opposite direction, the moveable clutch disc disengages, and the stationary clutch disc engages, the internal shaft preventing its rotation.

摘要： A air meter calibration testing device for testing temperature compensators, comprises a vortex cooling tube, a cold air chamber, a hot air chamber, a bleed valve, a motorized drive system and a compressed air regulator. The vortex tube converts compressed air from the regulator into distinct cold and hot waste air streams. The cold stream is provided to the cold air chamber and the hot stream is provided to the hot air chamber. The regulator is used to adjust the pressure of the compressed air supplied to the vortex tube and accordingly to adjust the temperature in the cold air chamber. The bleed valve is coupled to the hot air outlet of the vortex tube and is used to adjust the air flow of the hot air stream into the hot chamber and accordingly the temperature in the hot air chamber. The motorized drive system is adapted to provide volumetric input to the temperature compensator by actuating the drive shaft of the temperature compensator to simulate connection to a air meter.
