    摘要: An internal gear manufacturing method capable of manufacturing time reduction and easy core removal, and a metallic glass internal gear manufactured thereby. A carbon core formed into a shape of an external gear is arranged in a thin, long tubular mold of a length equal thereto with a space extending longitudinally therealong. A molten metal material is pressure-injected under a temperature higher than a melting point thereof into the space between the mold and the core. The molten metal material is resolidified by rapid cooling at or above a critical cooling rate thereof together with the mold and the core. After resolidification of the molten metal material, the core is removed by pulverization or dissolution. Along internal gear formed of the resolidified metal material is cut into a plurality of segments of a prescribed length.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a tapered sleeve locking type reinforcing bar connecting joint and its mounting tool. The tapered sleeve locking type reinforcing bar connecting joint provided comprises a locking sheet set and tapered sleeves, the locking sheet set is as a whole in shuttle shape and is provided with a tooth groove for locking inside it, the tapered sleeves is provided in pair, with its inner chamber in tapered shape, and the pair of the tapered sleeve is symmetrically mounted around the locking sheet set. The mounting tool comprises pressing heads and a power device fixedly connected or slidably coordinating with the pressing heads, the pressing heads is provided in pair, and one end of the pressing head is designed as opening, the diameter of the opening end being greater than that of the reinforcing bars to be connected and smaller than that of the tail end of the tapered sleeve. In the present invention, the snapping of the locking sheet set at the reinforcing bars and the fixation between the tapered sleeves and the locking sheet set are realized by inclined-plane self-locking principle. It is simple in structure, convenient in handing, greatly reducing the labor of operators, improving the production efficiency, and the connection is reliable without loose.

    摘要: A Ti—Zr type alloy manifesting excellent plastic workability at normal temperature fit for the use in general industry, allowing improvement in corrosion resistance fit for the use in medical treatment, offering improved corrosion resistance in an acidic solution, particularly a HCl solution, and having flexibility as evinced by a low Young's modulus on a par with a bone; and a medical appliance such as a guide wire to be directly inserted into a blood vessel of a human body under the X-ray fluoroscopy and a stent retained in a human body for a long time, which are made of the Ti—Zr type alloy are provided. The Ti—Zr type alloy of the present invention consists of 25 to 50% by weight of Ti, 25 to 60% by weight of Zr, 5 to 30% by weight of Nb, and 5 to 40% by weight of Ta, provided that the weight ratio of Zr to Ti be in the range of 0.5 to 1.5 and the weight ratio of Nb to Ta be in the range of 0.125 to 1.5. The medical appliance of the present invention comprises a part formed of a Ti—Zr type alloy which consists of 25 to 50% by weight of Ti, 25 to 60% by weight of Zr, 5 to 30% by weight of Nb, and 5 to 40% by weight of Ta, provided that the weight ratio of Zr to Ti fall in the range of 0.5 to 1.5 and the weight ratio of Nb to Ta fall in the range of 0.125 to 1.5.
