摘要： The present invention is directed to a series of alkyl quaternium silicone compounds having both alkyl groups and fatty quaternary nitrogen groups attached in one molecule, and the intermediates formed during the production thereof, that are suitable for use in personal care and other applications. 摘要： The invention relates to a series of novel silicone reactive amino containing dimethicone copolyols. This class of compounds provides unique softening, durability and solubility properties when applied to fibers including textile fibers and hair and skin. The compounds of the present invention contain (a) an amino group, (b) an alkylene oxide containing portion, (c) a reactive group selected from the group consisting of silanol hydroxyl and optionally a alkoxy group. The compounds of the invention are self dispersing in water, by virtue of the alkylene oxide, softening to fiber, by virtue of the amino group and durable by virtue of the silanol and/or hydroxyl group. An additional critically important aspect of the molecule is the fact that it is water soluble or dispersible resulting in stable aqueous systems for delivery to the fiber.

摘要： A silicone composition having the formula: wherein R1 are independently selected from the group consisting of: an alkyl having 1-5 carbon atoms, a substituted alkyl having 1-5 carbon atoms optionally substituted by one or more fluorine atoms, and a phenyl, and R2 is selected from the group consisting of: hydrogen, alkyl of 1 to 45 carbon atoms, substituted alkyl of 1 to 45 carbon atoms optionally substituted by one or more fluorine atoms, aryl, a partially esterified ester-containing and a reverse ester thereof; provided that if R1 is anything but methyl or ethyl, then R2 must be a methyl, ethyl or butyl.

摘要： This patent relates to invert water in oil (w/o) and water in silicone (w/si) emulsions made using non PEG/PPG containing polyhydric silicone emulsifiers. The polyhydric silicone polymers are based on allyl trimethylolpropane and pentaerythritol modified organic groups and do not contain any PEG and/or PPG groups (also known as polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycols, polyethers, polyglycols,). These emulsions show improved emulsification stability and provide a light feel compared to emulsions made with other silicone based PEG/PPG compounds which are commonly used in the field.
