摘要: A motor vehicle with a lowerable roof construction, particularly a convertible sports car, has a roof part and a rear part as well as a forced control device for controlling the relative movement of the roof part with respect to the rear part. The forced control device has at least one control element which is connected in the region of the roof swivel axis in a rotationally fixed manner to the roof part and interacts with at least one further control element which is fixed to the body of the vehicle and is in the region of the rear swivel axis.

摘要: A cover for lights, especially automobile lights, wherein at least a part of the cover which is located within a flat area of a reflector opening of the light when the cover is installed is provided with a number of individual sections. The sections are staggered in a stepwise fashion within a plane which is horizontal in the installed position and/or in a vertical plane with the sections extending in a direction opposite to an intended direction of travel of the atuomobile.

摘要: A method for producing a trim panel with a thin decorative layer on a supporting element. The thin decorative layer is composed of an organic and/or crystalline material which is frangible in a thin layer, in particular natural stone. The method including the steps of: An adhesive and a nonwoven fabric or a film are applied as a plastic fixing film to a surface of the thin decorative layer. A surface of the supporting element later facing the decorative layer is coated with an adhesive. The supporting element is placed with the side not coated with the adhesive into a lower mold. The decorative layer with the plastic fixing film is roughly cut to size and placed with its uncoated surface onto the surface of the supporting element coated with the adhesive and positioned. An elastic element is positioned on the decorative layer with the plastic fixing film. Pressure is applied to the side of the elastic element facing away from the decorative layer, the decorative layer adapting itself to the form of the surface of the supporting element and adhesively bonding to the supporting element. The composite structure composed of the supporting element and the decorative layer is removed from the lower mold and an outer contour of the composite structure composed of the supporting element and the decorative layer is machined to the final dimensions. The plastic fixing film is removed from the decorative layer by the action of heat and/or solvent.

摘要: A process for connecting at least two components, particularly body components of motor vehicles, wherein the first component has an undercut on a side facing the second component. In the area of the undercut, a connection piece is cast to the first component. The connection piece is designed such that, during its solidification, the connection piece is firmly connected with the first component by the contraction of a last-solidifying core area of the connection piece. Then the second component is mounted on the connection piece.

摘要: A device for the vertically displacable positioning of an upper belt articulation or belt deflection point in a two-door motor vehicle without a middle column includes a carrier which at its top end receives a belt articulation or belt deflection fitting. The carrier can be transferred from a position of rest concealed in a side wall to at least one upper position of use projecting beyond the side-wall trim. In order to obtain the best possible belt-band run of an oblique shoulder-belt portion, an advancing movement towards the center of the vehicle is impart to the carrier when it has reached its position of use, so that the belt articulation or belt deflection fitting moves a predetermined amount towards an associated seated occupant.

摘要: A lamella-type sliding roof of a motor vehicle, has lamellae which, when the roof is, open, are tilted upward in a spaced manner with respect to one another and, particularly with respect to their closed position, are pushed on one another in a distance-reducing manner. A vehicle ceiling which is deformable and exercises a sealing function in a particularly simple and effective manner irrespective of the momentary position of the lamellae in their displacement direction extends in each case exclusively in an area situated below them. For this purpose, the deformable vehicle ceiling is constructed as a foil leading transversely to the displacement direction of the lamellae continuously into a dirt and water removal groove.
