    摘要: A hose with a protector comprises: a tubular-shaped hose body 10; a tubular-shaped protector 20 which is coaxially provided in the state in which it covers the outer peripheral surface of the hose body 10; a tubular-shaped engager 30 which bonds the hose body 10 and the protector 20 integrally at both edge portions thereof and which forms an inserting opening into which a nipple is inserted and bonded. By producing the hose body out of resin and producing the protector out of rubber, the present hose with a protector can obtain heat resistance and anti flame resistance which are suitable for a filler hose and which are necessary at the time of vehicle fire and also the present hose with a protector is good in sealing property with the mating pipe and good in connecting function.

    摘要: A method for producing a multi-layered hose by electrostatically applying a thin resin layer on the inner surface of a tubular rubber outer layer. The resin can be applied by spraying resin powder from a bar nozzle inserted into an opening of the tubular outer layer, and the applied resin can be heated by an induction or dielectric heating source placed inside the tubular outer layer. The resin can be applied only to the hose body portion and not to edge portions which are to be attached to mating pipes, or a thinner layer of resin can be applied on the edge portions than on the body portion. An intermediate layer containing dielectric material or at least one of electrically conductive and magnetic material can be formed between the tubular outer layer and resin inner layer.

    摘要: A hose connecting structure includes a hose whose central and engaging portion having a thermal flexibility resin which is molded by a blow molding method and a mating member which is inserted into the edge opening of the hose. The hose connecting structure further includes a ring-shaped sealing material and a first engaging portion which is disposed in the axial direction by a predetermined distance to the sealing material at either the edge portion of the hose or the mating member and second engaging portion which is directly or indirectly engaged with the first engaging portion at either the edge portion of the hose or the mating member. The central and the engaging portion of the hose connecting structure includes a thermal flexibility resin which is molded by a blow molding method. Therefore, the most suitable soft and hard resin for the appropriate portion can be used. When the engaging portion with the mating member and the central portion are molded integrally, the working efficiency is improved. The sealing material such as an O-ring is used for the engaging surface. Therefore soft resin is not used for the engaging surface, and a free selection of resin is achieved. Moreover, the polishing of the engaging surface is not required.

    摘要: A quick connector includes: a cylindrical connector housing having a tube connecting portion and a pipe retainer portion that has a retainer; and an annular seal member fitted on an inner circumferential surface of the connector housing. The retainer is integrally formed with the pipe retainer portion and having an engagement portion projecting toward the interior of the pipe retainer portion, and a disengagement operating portion adapted to move the engagement portion radially outwardly.
