    摘要: A method for producing a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes: subjecting a mixture of a negative-electrode active material on which oil has been adsorbed, CMC and water to hard kneading to prepare a primary kneaded mixture; diluting the primary kneaded mixture with water to prepare a slurry; and adding a binder to the slurry. The method further includes defining an amount of the oil to a value equal to or more than 50 ml/100 g and equal to or less than 62 ml/100 g, wherein the amount of the oil is an amount at the time when the viscosity characteristics of the negative-electrode active material exhibits 70% of the maximum torque that is generated when the oil is titrated onto the negative-electrode active material. The 1% aqueous solution viscosity of the CMC is defined to a value equal to or more than 6000 mPa·s and equal to or less than 8000 mPa·s.

The negative electrode 50 includes a negative electrode current collector 52 and a negative electrode active material layer 54 formed on the current collector 52, the negative electrode active material layer 54 containing a negative electrode active material 55 capable of storing and releasing charge carriers and having shape anisotropy so that the charge carriers are stored and released along a predefined direction. The negative electrode active material layer 54 includes, at a bottom thereof contacting the current collector 52, a minute conductive material 57 with granular shape and/or minute conductive material 57 with fibrous shape having an average particle diameter that is smaller than that of the negative electrode active material 55, and includes, at the bottom thereof; a part of the negative electrode active material 55. At least 50% by number of the total amount of the negative electrode active material 55 is oriented so that the direction of storage and release of the charge carriers is at an angle of 45° or more and 90° or less relative to the surface of the current collector 52.

    摘要: In a disposable wearing article, a first waist region is elasticized and formed of an inner sheet and an outer sheet. The non-skin-facing side of the outer sheet is formed substantially over its entire area with a plurality of thermocompression-bonded spots regularly and intermittently arranged at predetermined intervals. The outer sheet has non-thermocompressed regions surrounded by a plurality of thermocompression-bonded spots. A fibrous layer lying at least on the outer surface of said outer sheet is formed of thermal adhesive crimped fibers which are bonded together by thermocompression-bonding treatment in the thermocompression-bonded spots. The outer sheet and the inner sheet are bonded to each other by adhesive applied on at least one of respective opposite surfaces thereof so that the crimped fibers in the non-thermocompressed regions may protrude outward in a thickness direction of the outer sheet as the inner sheet contracts in the direction of the transverse axis Q.

Front and rear waist members overlap front and rear ends, respectively, of a crotch member and are bonded thereto to define first and second overlapping regions and an intermediate region extending between these first and second overlapping regions. A position indicator mark is formed in the first overlapping region, a graphic of fish is portrayed as a crotch graphic element in the second overlapping region and graphics of fish are portrayed in the intermediate region as crotch graphic elements. In the first overlapping region, a front waist sheet of the front waist member overlaps a front graphic film on which a graphic of penguin is portrayed as a front graphic element which, in turn, overlaps the position indicator mark.

Front and rear waist regions of a disposable wearing article have inner surfaces thereof at least partially formed of elastic sheets.
