摘要: A sucker rod steel, a heat treatment process therefor, and a manufacturing method comprising the heat treatment process are provided. The sucker rod steel comprises, in mass percent, the following chemical elements: C: 0.10˜0.20%, Si: 0.40˜0.80%, Mn: 0.20˜0.60%, Mo: 0.36˜0.46%, Cr: 6.15˜7.10%, Al: 0.015˜0.035%, Nb: 0.02˜0.06%, and N: 0.008˜0.015%, with the balance being Fe and other inevitable impurities. The microstructure of the sucker rod steel is tempered martensite and nanoscale precipitates. The grain size is higher than grade 10, the tensile strength is 920˜1320 Mpa, and the AKU2 impact energy is greater than or equal to 180 J.

摘要: A process for smelting steel for ultrafine carborundum sawing wires, comprising: 1) in a vacuum induction furnace, using pure iron and low-phosphorus pig iron as raw materials to be melted into molten steel under the protection of argon; vacuumizing and smelting, and degassing; using silicon iron as a deoxidizer to adjust components of the molten steel; and casting a circular ingot in vacuum; 2) cleaning the surface of the circular ingot to produce an electrode bar; 3) remelting and smelting the electrode bar as raw material to a cylindrical electroslag ingot in an electroslag furnace, wherein the electroslag protecting slag comprises: CaF2: 45-55%, Al2O3: 15-25%, SiO2: 20-25%, Na2O: 2-4%, and K2O: 1-2%; 4) forging the electroslag ingot to a square billet; and 5) rolling the forged billet to a steel wire rod, and the steel wire rod comprising [C]: 0.92-1.1%, [Si]: 0.3-0.4%, [Mn]: 0.5-0.8%, [Al]

摘要: Disclosed is a non-quenched and tempered round steel with high strength, high toughness and easy cutting, comprising the following chemical elements in percentage by mass: C: 0.36-0.45%, Si: 0.20-0.70%, Mn: 1.25-1.85%, Cr: 0.15-0.55%, Ni: 0.10-0.25%, Mo: 0.10-0.25%, Al: 0.02-0.05%, Nb: 0.001-0.040%, V: 0.10-0.25%, S: 0.02-0.06%, and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing the non-quenched and tempered round steel, comprising the steps of: S1: smelting and casting; S2: heating; S3: forging or rolling; and S4: finishing. The non-quenched and tempered round steel with high strength, high toughness and easy cutting described above has high strength, good impact toughness, elongation and cross-sectional shrinkage, and has good cutting performance and fatigue resistance, and can be used in situations requiring a high-strength steel material, such as automobiles and engineering machinery.
