摘要: A hot dip galvanized steel sheet includes a base steel sheet and a hot dip galvanized layer on at least one surface of the base metal steel sheet, wherein the base steel sheet has a predetermined chemical composition, and contains, by volume fraction, ferrite: 0% to 50%, retained austenite: 0% to 30%, tempered martensite: 5% or more, fresh martensite: 0% to 10%, and pearlite and cementite in total: 0% to 5%, when there are remaining structures, the remaining structures consist of bainite, a concentration of B atoms at prior austenite grain boundaries is 2.0 atm % or more, and an average effective crystal grain size is 7.0 μm or less, and a method for producing the same.

The cold-rolled steel sheet has a microstructure consisting of, in surface fraction: between 10% and 45% of ferrite, having an average grain size of at most 1.3 μm, the product of the surface fraction of ferrite by the average grain size of the ferrite being of at most 35 μm %, between 8% and 30% of retained austenite, the retained austenite having an Mn content higher than 1.1*Mn %, Mn % designating the Mn content of the steel, at most 8% of fresh martensite, at most 2.5% of cementite and partitioned martensite.

The plurality of martensite crystal grains are classified into a first group and a second group. A minimum value of crystal grain sizes of the martensite crystal grains belonging to the first group is larger than a maximum value of crystal grain sizes of the martensite crystal grains belonging to the second group. A value obtained by dividing a total area of the martensite crystal grains belonging to the first group by the total area of the plurality of martensite crystal grains is more than or equal to 0.3. A value obtained by dividing, by the total area of the plurality of martensite crystal grains, a total area of the martensite crystal grains belonging to the first group except for a martensite crystal grain that has a minimum crystal grain size and that belongs to the first group is less than 0.3. An average grain size of the martensite crystal grains belonging to the first group is less than or equal to 1.5 μm. The quench-hardened layer (11) further includes a plurality of cementite grains. A number density of cementite grains each having a grain size of more than or equal to 1 μm is more than or equal to 0.025/μm2.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of rails welding, and particularly to a method for optimizing microstructure of a rail welded joint, the method comprises the following steps: step 1): subjecting a rail web area of a to-be-cooled welded joint which is obtained by flash butt welding to an accelerated cooling by means of an accelerated cooling device and by using compressed air as a cooling medium, measuring and monitoring temperature of a central position of the rail web of the welded joint while cooling; step 2): stopping the accelerated cooling when the temperature of the central position of the rail web drops to a preset temperature, then placing the welded joint in air and naturally cooling to room temperature, wherein the rail is a pearlite rail having a carbon content of 0.6-0.9 wt %.

摘要: The present invention relates to the application of at least partially bainitic or interstitial martensitic heat treatments on steels, often tool steels or steels that can be used for tools. The first tranche of the heat treatment implying austenitization is applied so that the steel presents a low enough hardness to allow for advantageous shape modification, often trough machining. Thus a steel product is obtained which can be shaped with ease and whose hardness can be raised to a higher working hardness with a simple heat treatment at low temperature (below austenitization temperature).

摘要: An aluminium-zinc-hot-dipped and colour-coated steel plate having a 500 MPa yield strength grade and a high elongation and a manufacturing method thereof, with the chemical components in mass percentage of a substrate of the steel plate being: 0.07-0.15% of C, 0.02-0.5% of Si, 1.3-1.8% of Mn, N≤0.004%, S≤0.01%, Ti≤0.15%, Nb≤0.050%, and the balance being Fe and other inevitable impurities, and meanwhile satisfying the conditions of: (C+Mn/6)≥0.3%; Mn/S≥150; Nb satisfying 0.01%≤(Nb-0.22C-1.1N)≤0.05% where no Ti is contained; Ti satisfying 0.5≤Ti/C≤1.5 where no Nb is contained; and 0.04%≤(Ti+Nb)≤0.2% where Ti and Nb are added in combination. The steel plate has a yield strength of ≥500 MPa, a tensile strength of ≥550 MPa, an elongation after fracture of ≥15%, a good strength and toughness and an excellent corrosion resistance.
