In the steel, a ratio of a number of Mn oxides containing oxygen in an amount of 20.0 mass % or more and Mn in an amount of 10.0 mass % or more to the number of oxides is 10.0% or less fn1=80C2+55C+13Si+4.8Mn+30P+30S+1.5Cr fn2=C+(Si/10)+(Mn/5)−(5S/7)+(5Cr/22)+1.65V fn3=−2C—Si+2.33Mn+0.26Cr+V−1.5Cu−1.5Ni.

摘要: Provided are an ultra-clean rare earth steel and an occluded foreign substance modification control method, the steel includes 10-200 ppm of rare earth elements, 50% or more occluded foreign substances in the steel are dispersed into RE-oxygen-sulfide with the average equivalent diameter Dmean ranging from 1-5 μm in a spherical shape or a substantially spherical shape or a granular shape; according to the method, at least 80%, preferably at least 90%, of Al2O3 occluded foreign substances in the steel are modified into RE-oxygen-sulfide, compared with steel with the same components without rare earth, the total amount of the occluded foreign substances in the steel is reduced by 18% or higher, the cracking probability caused by occluded foreign substances such as Al2O3 in traditional pure steel is reduced, the mechanical performance such as the fatigue life of the steel is remarkably improved.

摘要: A method for desulfurizing molten steel comprising taking a sample out from molten steel after tapping from a converter or during secondary refining and analyzing the sample rapidly with high accuracy by a method comprising a high frequency induction heating step wherein the sample is combusted and oxidized under the high frequency induction heating in an oxygen atmosphere having an oxygen purity of 99.5 vol % or more to convert S in the sample into SO2 and an analyzing step wherein SO2-containing gas produced in the high frequency induction heating step is analyzed through an ultraviolet fluorescence method to quantify S concentration of the sample.

摘要: Ti, N, Al, Mg, and Ca concentrations are controlled in order to prevent aggregation of TiN inclusions. Furthermore, not only is a Fe—Cr—Ni alloy having superior surface property provided, but also a method is proposed in which the Fe—Cr—Ni alloy is produced at low cost using commonly used equipment. The Fe—Cr—Ni alloy includes C≤0.05%, Si: 0.1 to 0.8%, Mn: 0.2 to 0.8%, P≤0.03%, S≤0.001%, Ni:16 to 35%, Cr: 18 to 25%, Al: 0.2 to 0.4%, Ti: 0.25 to 0.4%, N≤0.016%, Mg: 0.0015 to 0.008%, Ca≤0.005%, O: 0.0002 to 0.005%, freely selected Mo: 0.5 to 2.5% in mass % and Fe and inevitable impurities as the remainder, wherein Ti and N satisfy % N×% Ti≤0.0045 and the number of TiN inclusions not smaller than 5 μm is 20 to 200 pieces/cm2 at a freely selected cross section.

摘要: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with fine magnetic performance, and a calcium treatment method therefor, including an RH (Ruhrstahl-Heraeus) refinement step. The RH refinement step sequentially comprises a decarbonization step, an aluminum deoxidation step, and a step of adding calcium alloy. In the step of adding calcium alloy, time when the calcium alloy is added satisfies the following condition: time interval between Al and Ca/total time after ΣAl=0.2-0.8. In this method, production cost is reduced, the production process is simple, a normal processing cycle of RH refinement is not affected, the device is convenient in operation and is controllable, and foreign substances are controllable in both shape and quantities. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet prepared according to the present invention has fine magnetic performance, and the method can be used for mass production of the non-oriented electrical steel sheet with fine magnetic performance.

In the Si-killed steel wire rod of the present invention, oxide-based inclusions present in the wire rod contain SiO2: 30-90%, Al2O3: 2-35%, MgO: 35% or below (not inclusive of 0%), CaO: 50% or below (not inclusive of 0%), MnO: 20% or below (not inclusive of 0%) and BaO: 0.2-20% respectively, and total content of (CaO+MgO) is 3% or above.

摘要: An apparatus of adding high vapor pressure magnesium to a steel liquid, includes a magnesium additive device and a tube furnace. The magnesium additive device includes a storage barrel, a conveying pipe, a control valve, and an insertion tube. A method of adding high vapor pressure magnesium to a steel liquid, includes placing the magnesium additive device in the tube furnace, and delivering pure magnesium particles into the storage barrel. When the temperature at the mediate lower position of the conveying pipe is increased to reach a preset value, the control valve is opened to pour the pure magnesium particles into the conveying pipe to form a magnesium vapor, and an argon regulating valve is opened to introduce the argon into the conveying pipe so as to add the magnesium vapor to a steel liquid by carrying of the argon.

摘要: A high-strength steel sheet includes: 0.03 to 0.20% of C, 0.08 to 1.5% of Si, 0.5 to 3.0% of Mn, 0.05% or less of P, 0.0005% or more of S, 0.008 to 0.20% of acid-soluble Ti, 0.0005 to 0.01% of N, more than 0.01% of acid-soluble Al, and 0.001 to 0.04% of one or both of Ce and La in terms of mass %; and the balance including Fe and inevitable impurities. The ratio of (Ce+La)/acid-soluble Al is equal to or more than 0.1 and the ratio of (Ce+La)/S is in the range of 0.4 to 50 in a mass base, and the density of the number of inclusions, having a circle equivalent diameter of 2 μm or less, which are present in the steel sheet is equal to or more than 15/mm2.

摘要: An H-section steel has a predetermined chemical composition, in which a Mg-containing oxide having an equivalent circle diameter of 0.005 μm to 0.5 μm is contained at a total number density of 100 pieces/mm2 to 5000 pieces/mm2, a thickness of a flange is 100 mm to 150 mm, at a strength evaluation portion which is at a ⅙ position from a surface of the flange in a length direction and at a ¼ position from the surface in a thickness direction, a fraction of bainite in a steel structure is 80% or more, and the average prior austenite grain size is 70 μm or more, and at a toughness evaluation portion which is at a ½ position from the surface of the flange in the length direction and at a ¾ position from the surface of the flange in the thickness direction, the average prior austenite grain size in a steel structure is 200 μm or less.
