Abstract: An acrylic acid polymer having a weight average molecular weight Mw in the range from 3500 to 2000 g/mol and a polydispersity index Mw/Mn≤2.5, wherein 30% to 60% of the acid groups of the acrylic acid polymers have been neutralized with calcium ions, 30% to 70% of the acrylic acid polymers have been neutralized with sodium ions and 0% to 10% of the acid groups of the acrylic acid polymers have not been neutralized.

Abstract: The present invention relates to mono- and bisalkylenetrialkoxysilanes of the general formula (I), in which: —Y— is —O— or —N(R9)2-a—; —Z— is in each case identical or different and selected from the group consisting of —O— and —CHR4b—; a is 1 if —Y—=—O—; and is 1 or 2 if —Y—=—N(R9)2-a—; m is a natural number from 1 to 20; n is a natural number from 7 to 200; R1 is in each case identical or different and selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, sec-butyl, tert-butyl, and phenyl; and R2, R3, R4a, R4b, R5, R6, R7R8, and R9 in each case independently are H, suitable linear or branched C1-C20-alkyl, or optionally C2-C20-alkenyl, C2-C20-alkynyl, C1-C20-alkanoyl, C3-C20-alkenoyl, ω-carboxy-(C1-C6-alkyl)carbonyl, and ω-carboxy-(C2-C6-alkenyl)carbonyl and/or C7-C20-aryloyl; to processes for preparing them and to their use as dispersants in aqueous suspensions composed of aggregates and hydraulic binders; and to these aqueous suspensions as such.
