Abstract:
An acrylic acid polymer having a weight average molecular weight Mw in the range from 3500 to 2000 g/mol and a polydispersity index Mw/Mn≤2.5, wherein 30% to 60% of the acid groups of the acrylic acid polymers have been neutralized with calcium ions, 30% to 70% of the acrylic acid polymers have been neutralized with sodium ions and 0% to 10% of the acid groups of the acrylic acid polymers have not been neutralized.
Abstract:
Process for treating subterranean oil-bearing formations comprising carbonate rocks with an aqueous composition comprising cationic ammonium salts comprising four hydrocarbon radicals wherein at least one of the hydrocarbon radicals is substituted by an OH-group. The process may be a process for enhanced oil recovery, fracturing, acidizing or antiscale treatment.
Abstract:
Method of fracturing subterranean formations using aqueous compositions comprising at least an aqueous base fluid, proppants, a viscosifier, at least one flowback aid and removing at least a portion of the aqueous fracturing fluid from the formation after fracturing. The flowback aid is selected from the group of alkyl or alkenyl polyglucosides, carboxylated alkyl or alkenyl polyglucosides and alkoxylated branched alcohols.
