Abstract: The invention relates to a dispersant comprising a polymer obtainable by copolymerization of monomers including 5 to 80 mol % of a hydroxyalkyl acrylate phosphate and/or hydroxyalkylacrylamide phosphate (monomer 1), 0 to 20 mol % of a di(hydroxyalkyl acrylate) phosphate and/or di(hydroxyalkylacrylamide) phosphate (monomer 2) and 1 to 80 mol % of a polyalkylene glycol-containing macromonomer comprising an alkene group (monomer 3). Further disclosed is a process for preparing the polymers of the invention and the use thereof as dispersants in calcium sulphate-containing compositions. A further aspect of the invention is a process for producing shaped gypsum bodies, and also shaped gypsum bodies, more particularly gypsum plasterboards and self-levelling screeds, comprising the dispersant of the invention.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a calcium silicate hydrate-comprising hardening accelerator in powder form, which comprises the steps of (a) providing an aqueous suspension comprising calcium silicate hydrate; (b) mixing at least one calcium compound, selected from calcium acetate, calcium formate, calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide, and mixtures of two or more of said compounds, with the aqueous suspension comprising calcium silicate hydrate; and (c) drying the resulting mixture. The invention also relates to the hardening accelerator obtainable by this method, to the use thereof, and to building material mixtures which comprise the hardening accelerator.

Abstract: The invention relates to a polymer which is obtainable by copolymerizing monomers comprising at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer which comprises at least one acid group and at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer (II) having polyether groups with 5 to 35 repeating units and at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer (III) having polyether groups with 45 to 150 repeating units, the molar ratio of monomer (II) to monomer (III) being between 75:25 and 99.5:0.5. Further disclosed are the use of the polymer of the invention as an admixture for inorganic binder compositions, and a composition in powder form comprising an inorganic binder and the polymer of the invention.
