摘要: The present disclosure provides a backlight module and a method of manufacturing the same, as well as a back plate and a display device, the backlight module comprising: a backlight strip; a solder spot disposed on a back surface of the backlight strip; light strip glue attached to the side of the backlight strip on which the solder spot is disposed; and a back plate disposed on the side of the light strip glue away from the backlight strip; wherein a groove is provided on the side of the back plate adjacent to the light strip glue and at a position corresponding to the solder spot.

摘要: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes: a base substrate, a display region disposed on the base substrate, and a peripheral region disposed at a periphery of the display region, and the peripheral region is provided with a filling area recessed toward the base substrate; the filling area is provided with an alignment mark and a filling material; and the filling material is configured for filling the filling area. The filling material is provided in filling the filling area of the display substrate, to reduce or eliminate a segment difference at the filling area, and further to avoid the incorrect alignment of liquid crystal molecules caused by the segment difference in the rubbing process, and finally to avoid poor display due to uneven display of a display panel in the working process.

摘要: A method for detecting an alignment film coated on a substrate of a liquid crystal panel comprises: obtaining an image of an alignment film test region of a substrate; and analyzing continuity of the alignment film along an internal boundary of the alignment film test region in the image obtained. since the alignment film test region is located outside an active display area of the substrate, when the alignment film along the internal boundary of the alignment film test region is determined as continuous, it can be determined that all the edges of the alignment film are outside the active display area, then a Haro region which might appear on the edge of the alignment film may also be located outside the active display area, so as to ensure uniform thickness of the alignment film in the active display area of the substrate.
