摘要: A substrate, comprising at least one array substrate, each array substrate on the substrate being provided with a spacing region at its periphery, and each array substrate comprising a display region and a driving region at the margin of the display region. The spacing region comprises a first region and a second region. The first region corresponds to an extension of the driving region on the substrate along an orientation friction direction, and the second region corresponds to an extension of the display region on the substrate along the orientation friction direction. A plurality of via holes are distributed in an overlapping area between the first region and the second region. The via holes have a diameter larger than the diameter of the fibers of orientation friction cloth.

摘要: A phase shifter and a manufacturing method thereof, a liquid crystal antenna and a communication device are provided. The phase shifter includes: a first substrate and a second substrate which are oppositely arranged; and a sealing frame structure located in peripheral regions of the first substrate and the second substrate for fixing relative positions of the two substrates to form a gap for accommodating a liquid crystal material; wherein the sealing frame structure includes a support, and sealant for bonding to the first substrate, on the support. It is able to facilitate the increase in the adjusting range of the resonant frequency of the liquid crystal antenna by the phase shifter and the manufacturing method thereof.

摘要: The present application provides a display substrate and a display device. The display substrate includes a display region and a non-display region, a surface layer of the display region being rubbed to form an alignment layer, the non-display region being provided with a test electrode, the test electrode including multiple strip-shaped first sub-electrodes, the extending direction of the first sub-electrodes being the same with the direction of the rubbing for forming the alignment layer. By dividing the test electrode into multiple strip-shaped first sub-electrodes and the extending direction of the first sub-electrodes (i.e., the length direction) being the same as the rubbing direction of the rubbing to form an alignment layer, the display substrate can make the alignment of the alignment layer formed by the rubbing consistent and uniform, thereby avoiding the occurrence of Rubbing Mura when the alignment layer is formed by the rubbing.

摘要: The present invention provides a display substrate, a mother substrate for display substrates and a display device. The display substrate comprises a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, wherein an alignment layer is disposed in the display area and the non-display area. In the display substrate according to the present invention, by providing the same pattern of alignment layer in both of the non-display area and the display area of the display substrate, the Mura defect caused by the difference of surface roughness between the display area and the non-display area of the display substrate may be significantly reduced, and a large amount of small foreign matters gathered due to the rubbing between the rubbing cloth and metal residuals may also be significantly reduced.
