摘要: A main laminate forming a load carrying structure for a wind turbine blade, the main laminate extending in a spanwise direction from a proximal end through a transition region to a distal end, wherein the main laminate comprises:
a top side, a bottom side, and a thickness direction extending between the top side and the bottom side;
a pultrusion portion including a bottom pultrusion element extending to a transition end of a transition portion located in the transition region of the main laminate;
a plurality of stacked fibre-reinforced elements including bottom and top fibre-reinforced elements extending to a transition end of a transition portion located in the transition region,
wherein the pultrusion portion and the plurality of fibre-reinforced elements are connected by a joint in the transition region of the main laminate.-

摘要: The present invention relates to a wind turbine blade (10) comprising an elongate reinforcing structure (62). The reinforcing structure (62) comprises a plurality of strips (63, 64, 65) of fibre-reinforced polymer arranged into adjacent stacks (66) of strips, and at least one alignment member (68). The latter comprises a plurality of alternating horizontal segments (70) and vertical segments (72), wherein a vertical segment of the alignment member is arranged between adjacent stacks of strips, and wherein a horizontal segment of the alignment member is arranged on top of or below each stack of strips. At least one of the vertical segments (72) comprises one or more apertures (84) for allowing resin to flow from one side of the vertical segment to the other side of the vertical segment.

摘要: Disclosed is a mould tool for manufacturing a plurality of pre-form laminates for a laminate of a wind turbine blade, the mould tool comprising a frame, a first mould surface configured for receiving a first fabric, a second mould surface configured for receiving a second fabric, and a heating arrangement configured to heat the first mould surface and the second mould surface. The mould tool is configured to turn between a first configuration and a second configuration, wherein in the first configuration the first mould surface is facing substantially upwards, and in the second configuration the second mould surface is facing substantially upwards.

摘要: An interlayer sheet for a spar cap is provided. The interlayer sheet includes a first fibre layer having a first plurality of fibres with a first upper fibre surface and a first lower fibre surface, and a second fibre layer having comprising a second plurality of fibres with a second upper fibre surface and a second lower fibre surface. The first fibre layer is arranged on top of the second fibre layer, such that the first lower fibre surface is in contact with the second upper fibre surface. The first fibre layer is of a different characteristic than the second fibre layer. A number of the interlayer sheets may be arranged between a plurality of pre-cured fibre-reinforced elements to make a spar cap for a wind turbine blade.
