Abstract: A method of manufacturing an array substrate, includes: providing a substrate; forming a gate conductive layer including at least one first alignment mark; forming a source-drain conductive thin film; aligning a first mask and the substrate on which the gate conductive layer and the source-drain conductive thin film have been formed according to the at least one first alignment mark; patterning the source-drain conductive thin film by using the first mask to form at least one second alignment mark to obtain a source-drain conductive layer; forming a black matrix thin film; aligning a second mask and the substrate on which the gate conductive layer, the source-drain conductive layer and the black matrix thin film have been formed according to the at least one second alignment mark; patterning the black matrix thin film by using the second mask to form a black matrix; and forming a color filter layer.

Abstract: A flexible display device and an electronic device are provided. The flexible display device includes a display substrate, a polarizer and a first optical adhesive layer that are sequentially stacked, and is provided with a display area and a first corner area. In the first corner area, an outer contour of the polarizer and/or an outer contour of the first optical adhesive layer extend(s) beyond an outer contour of the display substrate. The display substrate includes an anti-crack base, an anti-crack retaining wall, and a plurality of anti-crack blocks that are at least located in the first corner area. The anti-crack retaining wall is formed on the anti-crack base and located outside of the display area, and the plurality of anti-crack blocks are formed on the anti-crack base and located on the side of the anti-crack retaining wall away from the display area.

Abstract: A touch compensation method includes: for at least one line, estimating coordinates of a point to be compensated at a current moment according to coordinates of n touch recognition points at n previous moments, and n being an integer greater than or equal to 2; calculating compensation data of a touch model corresponding to the point to be compensated according to first touch data of a touch model corresponding to a touch recognition point of a previous 1st moment T1; obtaining all touch data of a touch screen at the current moment, and obtaining second touch data at the current moment at a place where the touch model corresponding to the point to be compensated is located from the all touch data according to the coordinates of the point to be compensated; and compensating the second touch data according to the compensation data.
