The present invention discloses a frame for a mask plate and a mask plate. The frame comprises a frame body and a frame through hole passing through the frame body in the thickness direction, a first recessed portion being provided around the frame through hole at an inner periphery of the frame body, the first recessed portion having a continuous bottom surface for providing masks thereon, and a second recessed portion being provided inside the first recessed portion, the second recessed portion being used for providing a shielding film thereon so that the position of the shielding film corresponds to the positions of gaps between adjacent ones of the masks.

A screen tensioning device used during fabrication of mask plate includes a screen tensioning machine base and a jig disposed on the screen tensioning machine base, and further includes a magnetic plate positioned above the screen tensioning machine base, and an upwardly-directed vertical suction force acting on the screen of the mask plate to be fabricated by the magnetic plate is equal to an upwardly-directed vertical suction force acting on the screen of the mask plate by a magnetic field system in a vacuum evaporation chamber during evaporation. A screen tensioning method used during fabrication of mask plate is also provided.
Abstract:
A mask plate, a method for fabricating the same, a display panel and a display device are disclosed. The mask plate includes a shielding plate having an opening; the opening is surrounded by side sections along a thickness direction of the shielding plate. The opening includes: a notch disposed at an intersecting region between at least some of the side sections and a surface of the shielding plate, wherein an area of the opening close to the surface of the shielding plate is larger than that of the opening away from the surface of the shielding plate. The notch increases an area of a marginal region of a film layer evaporated on a base substrate and increases a flatness of the marginal region, thereby decreasing the possibility of fracture of the metal film layer to be formed thereafter due to a high step and increasing a defect-free of the products.

Abstract:
An OLED display device and a manufacturing method thereof, a display device and a vaporization mask are disclosed. Five sub-pixels (101) in a pixel unit (10) of the display device includes at least one red, at least one green and at least one blue sub-pixel. Four of the five sub-pixels (101) are distributed at four corners and have the same shape and size, the other one is surrounded by the four sub-pixels (101), and the four sub-pixels (101) and the one sub-pixel (101) are of different colors. Any one sub-pixel (101) at a corner of the pixel unit (10) forms a regular pattern with one sub-pixel at a corner in each of other three adjacent pixel units (10), and in the regular pattern, all of the sub-pixels are of a same color and each occupies ¼ of the pattern. The display device can reduce the difficulty of manufacturing vaporization openings of a mask and increase the display resolution.
