By rearranging and distributing transistors in each shift register, the number of transistors in a lateral direction is less than that of transistors in a longitudinal direction. On the substrate, an orthographic projection of the second capacitor plate at least partially overlaps with that of the first electrode layer, and the first capacitor plate is located in the same layer and has the same material as the gate of the TFT.

Abstract: The invention provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a display device, the array substrate includes a base substrate, and a data line, a switching device and a voltage compensation module arranged on the base substrate, the switching device is connected between the data line and the voltage compensation module so that the data line is electrically connected to the voltage compensation module when a voltage on the data line is lower than a preset low voltage or higher than a preset high voltage. The array substrate uses a PN junction as the switching device between the data line and the voltage compensation module, and due to a low leakage current between a P terminal and an N terminal of the PN junction, the power consumption of the array substrate can be reduced.

Abstract: An array substrate, a touch screen panel and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of touch sensing units, and each touch sensing unit comprises a touch scanning line, a touch sensing line, a first transistor and a sensing electrode, the touch scanning line is connected with a gate electrode and a drain electrode of the first transistor and the sensing electrode is connected with a source electrode of the first transistor; the touch sensing line and the sensing electrode are provided in different layers, spaced apart by an insulating layer and have an overlapping region. This array substrate decreases areas of non-display regions on the array substrate, increases aperture ratio of the touch screen panel and in turn enhances brightness of the display device.
