The barometric pressure sensor includes a base substrate, and a first capacitor provided on a side of the base substrate. The first top electrode is provided with a first opening which is configured to expose the first insulating layer at a corresponding position. A dielectric constant of the first insulating layer may vary with different humidity environments, so that a capacitance value of the first capacitor varies.

摘要: A temperature control system and a driving method thereof, and a liquid crystal apparatus are provided. In the temperature control system, an input voltage adjustment circuit is respectively coupled to a control signal output end of a control circuit, a power signal output end, and an input end of a signal amplification circuit, and is configured to control the signal strength of a basic electrical signal transmitted to the input end of the signal amplification circuit under the control of a control signal output from the control signal output end; the signal amplification circuit is configured to output a corresponding target electrical signal to a heating element according to the basic electrical signal, and the heating element is configured to adjust the heating temperature according to the target electrical signal; a temperature sensing circuit is respectively coupled to the heating element and the control circuit, and is configured to convert a sensed sensing signal into a feedback signal and transmit the feedback signal to the control circuit; and the control circuit is configured to control the control signal output from the control signal output end according to the received feedback signal.

摘要: A phased array antenna device includes at least one antenna element arranged in a spatial distribution to emit and receive superposing radio frequency signals to and from different directions. Each antenna element is positioned within a corresponding unit cell. The unit cells are arranged in a non-overlapping manner next to each other. A feeding network for transmitting the antenna signals between a common feeding point and the respective antenna element includes a plurality of antenna element transmission line segments each running into an antenna element and a corresponding plurality of phase shifting devices. The feeding transmission line segments each includes more than two transition structures distributed along the feeding transmission line segment. Each transition structure provides for a signal coupling between the feeding transmission line segment and the corresponding antenna element transmission line segment, thereby connecting several antenna element transmission line segments with the same feeding transmission line segment.
