    摘要: An array substrate, a touch screen panel and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of touch sensing units, and each touch sensing unit comprises a touch scanning line, a touch sensing line, a first transistor and a sensing electrode, the touch scanning line is connected with a gate electrode and a drain electrode of the first transistor and the sensing electrode is connected with a source electrode of the first transistor; the touch sensing line and the sensing electrode are provided in different layers, spaced apart by an insulating layer and have an overlapping region. This array substrate decreases areas of non-display regions on the array substrate, increases aperture ratio of the touch screen panel and in turn enhances brightness of the display device.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof and a touch display device. The array substrate comprises multiple data lines, multiple gate lines and multiple thin film transistors. The data lines and the gate lines intersect with each other in different planes to divide the array substrate into multiple pixel units, in each of which a thin film transistor is provided, wherein the array substrate further comprises multiple first touch sensing electrodes and multiple second touch sensing electrodes. The first touch sensing electrodes are provided below active regions of the thin film transistors and also serve as metal shielding layers for blocking light emitted by a backlight source. The first touch sensing electrodes and the second touch sensing electrodes intersect with each other in different planes, and capacitances are formed at intersections of the first touch sensing electrodes and the second touch sensing electrodes.

    摘要: A shift register, a gate driving circuit, a display screen and a method for driving the display screen are proposed. A first and/or a second node control unit are incorporated. The first node control unit controls a first node according to a first control signal to put a pulling-up unit in an OFF state; the second node control unit controls a second node according to a second control signal to put a pulling-down unit in an OFF state. During the period that the display screen is powered off, the level at the driving signal output terminal is prevented from being affected by the pulling-up unit through the first node control unit and by the pulling-down unit through the second node control unit, such that thin film transistors connected to a gate line corresponding to the shift register are all turned on and thus accumulated charges can be released rapidly.

The driving unit of the touch driving electrode includes a start signal shift sub-unit, configured to control a start signal output terminal to output a first level during an adjacent time period next to a time period in which a potential of the start signal is the first level, then reset the start control signal so as to control the start control signal output terminal output the second level, and control the touch driving signal output terminal to output a touch scanning signal when the potential of the start control signal and the potential of the touch control signal are both the first level. The first clock signal has a phase opposite to that of the second clock signal.
