摘要: An electrode structure is disclosed, including: a plurality of first electrodes, which transfer an electrical signal; and a plurality of second electrodes, which do not transfer the electrical signal, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are electrically separated from each other, the second electrode and the first electrode are alternately arranged, each of the second electrodes includes electrodes electrically separated from each other, and in the electrodes electrically separated from each other, some separation borders not perpendicular to an extending direction of the first electrode can be connected to form an oblique connecting line with respect to the extending direction. Further, a method of manufacturing an electrode structure, a touch panel and a touch display device are disclosed.

摘要: A color filter substrate and an in-cell touch display device are disclosed. The color filter substrate including a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region, wherein the color filter substrate further includes a conductive antistatic layer, and the antistatic layer is only disposed in the non-display region. The in-cell touch display device can eliminate static electricity under the premise of having no influence on touch function, and the in-cell touch display device is provided with an enhanced anti-electrostatic capability.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes an array substrate and an opposite substrate arranged opposite to each other; the array substrate includes a box alignment area facing the opposite substrate, a circuit test area located on a side of the box alignment area; the opposite substrate includes a base substrate, a conductive black matrix arranged on a side of the base substrate facing the array substrate; the display panel further includes an electrostatic discharging layer electrically connected respectively with the conductive black matrix and a GND wire in the circuit test area; the conductive black matrix is provided with a thickened area in at least an area in contact with the electrostatic discharging layer; a thickness of the thickened area of the conductive black matrix is more than a thickness of other areas of the conductive black matrix.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a thin film patterning method and a thin film patterning apparatus. The thin film patterning method comprises the steps of: disposing a mask above a substrate, wherein the mask is provided with hollow-out parts which are identical with preset deposition patterns; and covering the mask with a thin film, wherein the thin film at hollow-out parts of the mask is formed on the substrate, while the remaining area of the substrate shielded by the mask is free of the thin film, so that a patterned thin film is formed on the substrate. The thin film patterning method in the present disclosure can transfer directly patterns on the mask to the substrate through one-step deposition, omit the process steps of photolithography and etching, simplify the process flow to a large extent, and save the costs of the thin film patterning.

The circuit board includes a ground protection circuit, disposed in a peripheral area of the circuit board. The ground protection circuit includes one or more first wires arranged in parallel, a bridging connection part and a plurality of second wires arranged in parallel, where one end of each first wire is grounded and the other end connects to the bridging connection part electrically, while one end of each second wire connects to the bridging connection part electrically and the other end is grounded. The display panel includes the circuit board and the display device includes the display panel.

摘要: An electrostatic protection circuit, an array substrate, a display panel and a display device are disclosed. The electrostatic protection circuit is located within a peripheral region of an array substrate and includes: a first ground wire provided in a same layer as a source electrode and a drain electrode of a thin film transistor located within a display region of the array substrate; and a second ground wire provided in a same layer as a gate electrode of the thin film transistor, wherein, the first ground wire forms a first loop with a printed circuit board provided within the peripheral region, the first loop surrounds the display region; the second ground wire forms a second loop with the printed circuit board, and the second loop surrounds the display region.
