The first layer and the second layer of the gate insulating layer may be connected through the protruding structures.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a blue organic electroluminescent device and a preparation method, a display panel and a display apparatus. The blue organic electroluminescent device comprises: a substrate and an anode, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer and a cathode arranged on the substrate successively, the light emitting layer comprises a lower surface layer, an upper surface layer and an intermediate layer; host emitters of the lower surface layer, the upper surface layer and the intermediate layer are all doped with guest emitters, at least one of the doping concentrations in the lower surface layer and the upper surface layer is greater than a doping concentration in the intermediate layer. The power consumption of the blue organic electroluminescent device is greatly reduced; and the efficiency is increased significantly.

Abstract: A pressure sensor, a manufacturing method thereof, a pressure sensing method and a display device are provided. The pressure sensor includes a first electrode, at least two supports on a first surface of the first electrode, an elastic composite electrode on a side of the supports facing away from the first electrode. Two adjacent supports of the supports, the elastic composite electrode and the first electrode define a compressible space, and the at least two supports are formed of an insulating material. The pressure sensor further comprises a second electrode on a side of the elastic composite electrode facing away from the first electrode and an organic light emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, the organic light emitting layer being in contact with one of the first electrode and the second electrode. The pressure sensor has advantages of low power consumption, fast response and high sensitivity.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode and a display device are disclosed. The organic light-emitting diode includes an organic light-emitting layer and a first light ray adjusting layer, wherein the organic light-emitting layer is configured to generate at least first incident light and second light to enter the first light ray adjusting layer to form a first refracted light ray and a second refracted light ray respectively, and a refraction angle of the first refracted light ray is smaller than a refraction angle of the first refracted light ray. A first refractive index of the first light ray adjusting layer on a propagation path of the second refracted light ray is greater than that of the first light ray adjusting layer on a propagation path of the first refracted light ray.
