An embodiment of the present invention provides a 3D panel. The 3D panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and liquid crystals configured to be filled between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein both the first substrate and the second substrate are provided with a common electrode and a signal electrode. Since the substrates at two sides of the 3D panel of the present invention have electrodes which can be independently controlled, the switching of a grating electrode function between the upper and lower substrates can be achieved by switching the signal to the two substrates, thereby improving the application range of the 3D panel and the compatibility and versatility of the 3D panel. In addition, the embodiments of the present invention also disclose a method for producing the 3D panel and a 3D display apparatus having the 3D panel.

The present disclosure provides a pixel unit, an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The pixel unit comprises slit electrodes and comprises four zones. The slit electrodes in the four zones are electrically connected with each other. The slit incline directions of the slit electrodes of the pixel unit in each of the four zones are the same, and the slit inclined directions of the slit electrodes of the pixel unit in any two adjacent zones of the four zones are different. One ion storage layer, one electrochromic layer and one second transparent electrode are sequentially formed on each of the first transparent electrodes, and the electrochromic layer is configured to switch from a transparent state to a shading state when different drive voltages are applied to the first and second transparent electrodes. A method for producing an electrochromic grating is also provided. There is no interference between the shading region and the light-transmissive region and there is no negative impact on the effect of 2D display, providing users with a great experience.
